its possible to have an untrimmed slayer cape, its been done before i believe

 

 

 

if you are starting a lvl 3 account then its possible...just depends on your tasks

 

 

 

I dont even think you have to go that far. Slayerbelle has all lvl 96 attack, def and strength, and range and mage lvls in the 70's and 80's with an untrimmed slayer cape. A cannon would be a fast and good way to get range exp as its only 2exp per damage hit instead of the 4...

A great achievement as this would be would be hard for you to show off as you already have a 99 as i recall? which would make the direct proof that you got 99 slayer before a combat stat hard to prove.

He only wants 2 99's, Construction and Slayer.

 

 

 

Essentially an untrimmed slayer if you think about it.

Melee to 98 hp then cannon the rest of the way.

 

 

 

or you could always veng yourself till you get 98 magic.

pretty much everthing has been said. recoil most of the lower lvls as it will be very frustrating to have to recoil 1mil + exp ( 98 to 99)
