I agree that the 5 Million is way too much...I'd say at the most, they should give the users a few Microsoft Points or something to buy something in the Marketplace.

I thought they wanted 5 million to put Microsoft out of business :roll: But yea, this is one of the dumbest lawsuits I've ever seen, though in the eyes of the law, they might win. They can't win that amount, I have posted why, they are only entitled to up to 1 month's subscription.
