Sweet! now we can sue jagex every time we lose connection in runescape!

Noobs.

[hide=]

tip it would pay me $500.00 to keep my clothes ON :(
But then again, you fail to realize that 101% of the people in this universe hate you. Yes, humankind's hatred against you goes beyond mathematical possibilities.
That tears it. I'm starting an animal rebellion using my mind powers. Those PETA bastards will never see it coming until the porcupines are half way up their asses.

Apparently a lot of people say it. I own.

I'd say they should probably compensate more for that than by supplying some stupid Xbox Live Arcade game they can't sell. I agree that the 5 Million is way too much...I'd say at the most, they should give the users a few Microsoft Points or something to buy something in the Marketplace.

XBL Arcade games aren't stupid

I'd rather have a nice, free game then say, 200 points...

This is so stupid.

The people who are sueing microsoft are only trying to make money.

Nowadays the law has turned so stupid.

That people can't even tell the difference between good and bad when it is right in front of them! :x :x

Really? Well, gosh, I never thought of that. I thought they wanted 5 million to put Microsoft out of business

But yea, this is one of the dumbest lawsuits I've ever seen, though in the eyes of the law, they might win. Maybe not the whole 5 million, but since they paid for a service that was not provided to them, they can sue...and have.

At under a $1 a day...be lucky to get anything...they'll spend more on court fees etc than they'll get.

You people need to read more.

They can't win that amount, I have posted why, they are only entitled to up to 1 month's subscription.

They may only sue for goddamn damages, and its in the T&C that only entails the subscription fee, which is like up to one month's worth.

Wait, do you mean the first post or the one right above yours? In the first one, I mean that they can sue, since they did not get the service they paid for. Certainly not $5 mil, but something. In the second I said that they would never get the $5 million.

I'm confused.

I understand you saying they won't get $5,000,000.

But the last statement is confusing, are you saying that what they get won't cover costs?

It wont tho...

5 million dollars...you'd be spending more for the chance to win...just a tiny chance.

lol, 5m is what Bill Gates carries around in his pocket when he goes to McDonald's.

You think? :XD:

The game nerds should calm down about it and drop the suit, but they do have a valid argument, even though it's a stupid one.

Go read a book, go draw a picture, hell, go play campaign. -.-
