Paaaaarker
My favorite skill cape is prayer, but 7 m il won't get you half way. Maybe thieving, it has a nice skill cape. Crafting is one of my favorite skill capes too. Just pick you favorite looking capes, and shoot for whichever the cheapest is.

agira
Loks like with GE fluence fletching start to be not so fast skill :) Suggestion: You can use Anchor on Waterfiends - is cheap if to compare to GS & effective with crush attack & it hit like Whip.Visit my exp track

777thzapster
If you need someone else to tell you what skill you want to do you most likely wont complete it. I know you might ask why that is. I will tell you. 1. Players that get 99's do it because they want that skillcape or have a huge liking toward that skill. Other people telling you what skill it is means burnout so much easier. 2. 99 skills aren't just simple tasks that can be completed at 2-3 hours a day for 2-3 months (for most) cooking and fletching are exceptions. Most others skills cost money that you don't have 7 mil isn't alot for skilling. 3. If I suggested anything it would be a free to no cost for the skill, such as thieving, agility, woodcutting or fishing. Make goals that you actually want to achieve... instead of asking people that don't know you what you should skill. How would we know since we don't know what you like or anything? Paaaaarker
They all already have a 99, so i guess none of that really applies to them. They're just asking which they should go for next, i also have a hard time making decisions whether to do things or not.
ultimatballr
I say 99 thieving. It will probably take the whole 3 months at Pyramid Plunder. Its one of the few skills where the levels actually come faster in the end than in the beginning. Once in the 90's you can gain 240k exp an hour easy. It will be boring at first but its worth it in the end. Personally I like the cape its pretty sweet. Apparently, my signature was to big.

nightshade53
Nobody has suggested Hunter yet :P Costs about 50gp for the traps and you make 35m from the chins :)
leonid1023
chose a combat skill atack/str/defence and start training slayer to 85 if you want atack/def use whip if str use gs/d scimi.
pinguimmaiden
If you want a 99 in 1-3 months you can try cook, fish, thieving,wc ,fm and hunter, choose one and get your 99

777thzapster
Cooking requires money and time, that is all. You have a little bit of money, but expecting another cape unless going for the next easiest skill (fletching) is rediculous for your time frame and money. Pyramid Plunder is your best bet, you make some money off the gold stuff that you loot and it is fast fast exp, I've heard @ lvl 81 you can get about 125-150k exp an hour and at 91 you can get 175-200k exp per hour. Look for the Guide on forums.
Taekuz
Umm, Hunter? First person to get 99 hunter got it in four days. It's easy, fast, not so boring and earns a huge amount in the end. From your level, go from Orange Sallys to Red Sallys until level 80 (5 traps) then do Red Chinnys from 80-99. Earns you a good 20mil. Chinnys are always being bought. TÃÆÃ
BloodAngel
Slay...oh wait you said 1-3 months #-o I would go for Hunter. Doesn't take too long compared to other skills and will earn you a fair amount of money which you could put towards another skill afterwards :) -BloodAngel "Unfortunately, the real world isn't the same as a fairy tale."
