It's universally known as a safespot, so those pictures are invalid. Because Edgeville is Tip.It's main spot it's way too easy to spot there and be spotted, Grand Exchange is bad enough.

At least 50% of my spots are at the G/E but I still maintain that the G/E should become a safe spot ;)
