Ok so Im getting 99 magic for next year, my preferably rebound in members. To get here i was thinking of making green d hide bodies and alching(gunna get 99 cause Ill be so close after I get 99 magic)...I can cover the cash here no problem. But i was thinking if I get both to 99 which cape will I wear?

 

 

 

I like both crafting and magic but can't wear both though i can have them both...Which one should I wear? Which one is more respected? .... A real toughy for me

Lol thats not a bad idea but lets say I go to f2p and had to pick one, which would go with me...and plz don't say cooking cause Im really sad I got this with almost everyone else who was at rougues den lol.

Well I see far fewer crafting capes, so I would have to say to wear that one...:P

I'd go with crafting then, it's indeed a bit rarer than magic I think and I like skilling more than combat :D .

Well im starting on the long journey right now...too bad gotta make a pit stop and take a state test today....so Ill probably make like a few crafting lvs now and then Ill try do do more tommarow...

I would defo say crafting, see much less crafting capes than mage ones in a day.

crafting, much more respected, some people might think you had a auto-alcher, dout it but possable, expecilly in f2p cuz they jelous..:P

THink of the coolest outfit for each cape you can think of ( or copy :P ). THen decide which outfit you like better and there you go!

 

 

 

Or you could just go with crafting. Its a bit more rare then mage cape and will help people notice that you dont mid working hard to get a skill lvl.

Unfortunately and quite silly is the fact that Magic Achievement Cape doesn't give a Magic Attack Bonus... but it's emote still is awesome. I'd wear Magic when not in combat, and a fire/ lava cape while in combat.

I say wear crafting. Its an awesome cape.

Make the best looking outfit you can for each cape, then wear whichever outfit you like best.

In my opinion mage cape ;) its up to you though really, and also depends on what kinda outfits you'd be wearing. Even though I have 4 skill capes I always wear fire cape lol

Wear Crafting on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays

 

Wear Magic Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays

 

And as for Saturday? Your choice :D

Yes, I agree with Ross. Balance your choices but allow a bit of freedom. Have a day set aside for a cape you like, or not heed my advice and wear just one. Crafting is soo much cooler though...

From personal experience, Iv gotten FAR more comments about my crafting cape.

 

Its a rare cape, only about 2000 people have it. Due to the Tif Rollback, I lost the date and person to it, I think it was about 1,700 something.

Im thinking of deciding with a best outfit, which ever looks cooler (mainly to show off I guess :lol: ). If you guys can show me cool outfits you seen or wear I would appreciate it.

Brown apron Brown headband may replace headband for craft hood, turn your normal pants to brown colour and get brown boots

Erk.

Whenever I've seen a (trimmed) crafting cape I've always found that the yellow trim stands out quite alot. Maybe go with level 3 castle wars armour (but not the helm which is really quite ugly). However this is really quite hard to get so maybe not if you don't like castle wars :P

 

 

 

Also, don't forget that the new graphical update is coming out next month so there's a good chance that alot of the outfits will look alot better/different after that. I'd advise that you wait until at least then before you start deciding what you're going to wear with it.

i think take the bot look (the standard look u get when making a new character) and wear crafting cape. a very contradicing outfit which is always amusing.

I sorta like my hair : . But eitherway, how would bandos look with crafting cape? And i was thinking which range armor (if any possible) would go with a magic cape. I was thinking maybe sara blessed hide?

sara blessed hide goes quite well with a TRIMMED magic cape.

Ah theres outfit #1 but I hate sara lol.....how would Arm range fair with the cape?
