My mom bought me Vice City when I was just a wee 9 year old. Good times. But even so if you're 16 your parents SHOULD let you play GTA. 16 year olds are old enough to play it.

July 10, 200818 yr 17 isn't anything special, i remember just waiting for 18, lol. then 18 stopped being so special and i've been waiting for 21. gratz though, and about moving out, stick with your parents till they are tired of you, it's a hell of a lot cheaper. 17 wasn't anything special fro me, 18 was somewhat exciting. 21 was awesome, but after that its down hill...I guess I have 25 to look forward to, lower car insurance.
July 10, 200818 yr In Finland you can´t drive until 18 :( and it costs about 1600 dollars to get a 2 year license. Then you have to take some more tests, which cost lots too. I miss America.
