2 antipoison+ (each dose is worth 1.5 of one super anti, or 3 pots of super anti if no summon pouch).

 

i use a brew:restore ratio of 2:1 so, (assuming you have someone taking the axes).

 

14 saradomin brews

 

7 super restore potions

 

 

 

Familiar inventory should match

 

My terrorbird:

 

9 brew

 

3 restore

 

 

 

Go on forum and tag along with a team.

 

 

 

When you get to the ladder leading to the boss chamber, run past and charge summoning points.

 

 

 

2 options:

 

 

 

1. (invasive/dangerous) run down the ladder, make sure the team goes first, and run to rex area, make sure you hug the edge so prime/supreme dont latch on. ONCE THEY ARE ON, THEY ARE ON FOREVER.

 

 

 

Then reach the safespot and brew up and put on mage pray, hit the HOME button, then select a non-ls world to solo rex.

 

 

 

2. (expert tactic) Logout at the summoning obelisk near the boss chamber, then use a sneaking tactic to get past prime/supreme (has worked 3/4 times, prime will latch on if not done right, it is just luck)

If you'll using 2 brews for every restore you'll doing something wrong. Or you got that mixed up. I generally bring 10 brew and rest restore, and a terrorbird full of restores as well... I mean my defense is higher but still no need for 2-1 brew/restore ratio thats a ton.

 

 

 

Also if you have guthans thats a plus. If you'll using arena spells only do it if you've got void mace. Otherwise just stick with firewave.

 

 

 

EDIT: I'd also wear either guthans/torag/dharoks top over veracs top because the added range defense bonus. You'll want it trust me.

You just did the same thing he did.

 

 

 

Anyways, bronzewarrior got it pretty much right. But instead of brassard I would take one of the other melee brothers top like torags. It has better def. Also take a house tab instead of varrock. If you get poisoned at the end of the trip you can just tele home and die and you won't lose any items.

You should be using 3 brew doses for every restore dose. Take prayer potions for restoring prayer, and only enough restores to cover brews, maybe one or two extra for accidents.

 

 

 

If you have the level for it, it is best to switch to a bunyip/titan/pony when your b.o.b. is spent.

Im 79 defence, and i take 2 brews per 12-13 Super Restores

 

 

 

That's pointless... you have 11 to 12 brews which could be asily replaced by prayer potions...

 

 

 

"Maging" is when the person uses magic(dart<=fire wave

Hes got 99 mage...You can safespot Rex the entire time too. With the zammy staff (damaged based on magic), he could burn that Rex to the floor in seconds.
