July 17, 200818 yr they can be replenished everyday you will receive 30 more low alchs 2-3 more 50% runs depending if you completed the medium one i like to spoil :P when you finish medium you get 1.5k exp lamp and the ability to teleport to the cabbage field between falador and draynor
