la la la
As the Cadbury said about their custard-filled eggs when people complained they were making them smaller: "Our eggs aren't smaller, you are bigger!" In the same way, as you grow up and see people join who are the same age that you were four years ago, you begin to think it's getting kiddier. Just my outlook on it. Knite
Aren't we all just getting older? That's everything you need from this topic, there is your anwser  We have all been kids once and probably most of us have started RS in young age. What would any game be without noobs and low level characters made by 8-10 yearolds? In time they will grow up and maybe return to runescape with mature attitude and will to train a high level character. For now, they just beg and admire people with high levels. #-o Total amount of rare drops: 220 ~ Earned over 1.5 Billion from Godwars DungeonRanked 14th in Construction + Best construction level in Finland. hippomchippo
I went to BH today for the first time. When i was there and attacked my Targets...the targets reacted with this: "??" "Nerd" "Loser" "Stop!" "Omg" "I am gonna log out..." Now, i was at Bounty Hunter and were there to kill players for rewards. They all reacted like if they didn't know where they were. ironori
I noticed this too. Man, the funny insults that little kids sling. And by little kid I mean anyone who's acting 13 or younger, with myself being 19. I've also started playing in the sleeping bag era and wonder what happened to those. I went away for a year and they're gone when I got back. I wouldn't call this easy to play as at least Fist of Guthix requires some strategy if you're bent on winning against higher levels. Some just like to say they reported you to see your reaction, others are just spastic losers that believe everything is reportable, and others got banned and end up reporting everyone because they are mentally disturbed"
reaper88888
The main reason that people are really noticing a difference now is because a large percentage of the population is reaching maturity, and a lot of things that wouldn't have been noticed a few years ago now seem childish. The game hasn't been changed very much to help out younger players, although it is a bit more user friendly. I think the main mistake that a lot of people are making is in thinking that low levels = young player, so updates for low levels are really updates for young players.. Admittedly, a large portion of low leveled players ARE younger, but that doesn't mean that they all are. And honestly, I find in quite a few cases that worst offenders aren't the really little kids, but the kids in the group of ~10-15. But hey, thats just me and my crazy opinions.. : There is no meaning or truth in life but that which we create for ourselves.
Death
I honestly don't think Runescape is getting "kiddier" ( ). I don't remember a time when there wasn't immature people playing. You just have to Learn to live with it, turn off Public when you have to go to the Ge, train in places where they couldn't hope to get to, and Hang Out in Clan Chat with your Friends  We have all been kids once and probably most of us have started RS in young age. Zox
Sorry, but you'd have to be an idiot not to realize this. It's incredibly obvious that younger kids will start playing this because of the quick chat system, and I don't mind that because I wouldn't be able to see the difference between a muted, older player and a young kid using quick chat. SwreeTak
RuneScape has always consisted of rather many kids, or youngers, and few oldies. However, I can agree with you. It certainly feels like more and more younger people joins and fewer and fewer older players are in the game. Jagex have also wanted more youngsters in the game, which most of you probably know by the release of for example safe quick-chat worlds. Add me if you so wish: SwreeTak
