After completing the Digsite Quest, take Nitroglycerin from the chest in the Digsite and put it in a vial. The Sawmill operator gives away sawdust, if you give him 3K. It's a one-off payment, so from then on you can have as much as you like, he clearly doesn't need it. Mix Sawdust and Nitroglycerin in a bowl. 1 bowl makes 3 sticks. (Req: 35 herblore) Use the mixture on a piece of papyrus, wrapping it up.
