I wanted all the medals and that was one of them I had never gotten. It's actually really hard to get; took me 3 tries. Kind of embarrassing really.

Change into a vehicle for the first time... that required a quick press of the Y button, and thinking about it, all the achievements seem easy... You have to have a .25 (1/4) kill to death ratio. If you are any good at the game, it can be hard. You have to get at least 5 kills to 20 deaths. It's hard because if the game doesn't last long enough you can't get killed enough, and it's really hard to just stand there and get shot. I tried to toy with someone by shooting at him with my pistol, but I accidentally hit him in the head and killed him, screwing up my ratio. But the main reason why it's hard to get is because you need an exact .25 ratio to get it and it's really hard to get an exact number of kills or deaths and then hold it till the end of an 5 minute to 1 hour match. The medal itself means you sucked during a game. But when you have every other medal and there is a blank spot in there, it's just too tempting not to get.

July 31, 200817 yr In bf2142 you just got the purple heart for having a .25 kdr ratio at one point in the game, not the end. It was even possible to get it twice in one round, like you would have 5-20 deaths, then have 8-32 etc. Rare but possible. Hegemony-Spain

July 31, 200817 yr For either GH 2 or 3, there's an achievement for beating a song on expert with the game's audio options turned all the way down. That's kind of pointless. There's also one for Bioshock where.. [hide=Spoiler]You take a picture of Sander Cohen's Corpse after you killed him.[/hide]
July 31, 200817 yr I'm not sure if this has been said but... In The Simpsons' Game, there's an achievement for dying 10 times. To no surprise, you get 0 gamerscore.
