It wouldn't hurt to buy a couple 100 herb seeds to farm for cash. 70 Prayer is a good idea, but don't waste your time on a firecape. Wait till you have better combat skills. I can't tell you how nice it is ro have no monetary worries (or limits) in RS for me right now. I can buy whatever I want whenever I want and enjoy myself. Also in the time it takes you to make all the junk for your "goal money total" you probably could of doubled or evn tripled your 21m. Depending on your hourly income, luck etc etc. And of course how much your goal total would be with lending out your BGS for money.
