I just said that I have checked, once in a while, a girls MySpace to see if she has talked about me. I don't do it every day or every week, just once in a while -_- or when something happened in real life and I wanna get inside her head.

I never put up info about myself that could be used for stalking/embarrassing me. No info that you don't want other people to know about you there -> Nobody finding out, it's really that easy. Also, don't add people you don't trust with your information.

If you're going to bash someone for spelling errors because they didn't capitalize 'myspace', you should probably take a minute to consider where your life is going, and if you really want it to go that way... I may have made them mad, yes. They attempted to DDOS me, but I pulled the plug quick enough.

They DDOS'd your myspace? That wouldnt even affect you.

 

Or were you stupid enough to give them your IP? Even then the most they can do is ping your IP [not even a DDOS], which doesnt even do that much.

One of my teachers knows how to use Myspace properly and she uses it to find more about her student's side they show outside of school. Very useful to get to know your students. One of my friends made a rant about the teacher on his myspace and she found it out and he got owned for it.

 

 

 

The same teacher also runs a water skiing company in the summer and looks up names of people she is ready to hire. She told us that she does it because if she finds out a potential employee is an underage drinker or some crazy sadistic person she's not going to trust him with an expensive boat. Sounds pretty reasonable.

 

 

 

I don't have a myspace or anything like that. Never will have em. Waste of time if you ask me.

 

 

 

Funny, I stalk my teacher's facebook profiles. I've seen things I'd rather not, don't think I can look them in the eye anymore.

If there's a girl I like [of course I'd have to know them in reality..] I'd check out what they're on about and get to know them. It's not stalking if I already know where they live. >< It's just research into their life, which otherwise would be wasted time in a conversation, which could be spent on other things! they tried to steal his internetz. and god dammit he put up a good fight, but there were just so many of them. The pinging wouldnt stop, and his comments page was loading really slowly. His profile had to go. It was the only way.
