You're in luck then! :P 9/10. 1 point off maximum because, no offence, it's a rather common 99. Still a good achievement though. And if you like it, nothing else matters. ;)

But ever since the Make x and String All option was introduced, it has kinda threw fletching down the drain and made it one of the easiest skills in the game.
