I woke up, felt normal, went out and bought my first legal pack of cigarettes, then went on with my life.

 

 

 

It's kind of annoying to have people asking me to buy them cigarettes or whatnot now. They can get them themselves if they had a damn clue considering I started smoking underage and had no problem getting cigarettes.

My 18th is in a bit over a week. On the 10th I'm going to a parkway concert with a bunch of mates, having a massive joint 18th on the 13th, few days later I'm staying at a massive vacation beach house in Burleigh with 10-20 of my mates for a couple days of drinking, cigars and poker. Then I go to the states for a month with my rich grandparents, snowboarding, disneyland etc. When I get back I'm going into cryptologic systems in the navy. Should be 'aight.

 

 

 

 

Went to the store and bought 5 Lottery tickets, a lighter, and a cheap cigar.

Yeah it's been pretty crazy since graduation a couple weeks ago with schoolies, parties etc.

Everything I said was true. When I turned 18 the only right I took advantage of was being able to buy tobacco. On my birthday I bought a pack of cigarettes legally for the first time since I had a gf who was a cashier at a grocery store and sold me cigarettes without an ID before I was 18. After that life was pretty much the same besides having people ask me to buy them cigarettes (which I rarely do unless I'm hanging out with them).

Well i have finally turned 18 today. Its weird to think im considered an adult now. I woke up and it didnt really hit me right away. SO anyway to celebrate (get the flame machines ready)

 

Woke up at 2

Went to the movies with friends (and bought them all a pack of ciggies)

 

 

 

So what do you guys think about turning 18, what did you do/plan to do when it happens.

Lol if that's what he's referring to he must not get out often because there are a lot of people who smoke before they turn 18. Haha I know a kid who's 12 and smokes :P

Day I turned 18 I raged because it meant hsc exams were edging closer and I knew I was mcscrooged.

Well i've been 18 for 4 hours now and already went to a strip club haha, it was frikkin crazy my friends went nuts and bought me a ton of lap dances and it was just a really funny experience because some of our friends that are girls were with us, but yeah i'll talk about it later when i'm sober :P

right now im 15 so still 3 years to go ive decided to never smoke drink or anything like that because it just seems stupid to use things that ruin ur health (my sister even made a $1000 bet that i would before 18 so im looking forward to getting free money that day)

Hah, I know how you feel. Compared to 18, being 16 feels weak. First thing I'd do on my 18th is buy lots of alcohol, a lottery ticket, and throw a freakin' huge party.

 

 

 

I'll never smoke, it seems too boring to be worth the health effects, but I've got no problem with a bit of booze.

Just as example: my parents have a had a glass a wine everyday for the past 9 years I can remember and I have yet to see them drunk or even noticeably buzzed. Now I'm not saying you should drink (it is ultimately healthier not to drink at all, if only minimally), but I am saying that you can enjoy alcohol for the drinks and not the buzz.

i guess theres also the fear of becoming an alchaholic or something i donno though i'd just rather keep it out of my life
