whiteguy
As i'm buying a new computer (ty Nadril) i needed to get a new monitor, my dad has 2 spare monitors. A 22' TFT one and a 18' CRT. I HATE TFTs i just don't like them. But it's 22' and i will be stuck with the CRT one. :| What kind of monitor do you like to game on? 1_man_army
Shouldn't this go in the tech and computers forum? He who learns must suffer, and, even in our sleep, pain that cannot forget falls drop by drop upon the heart, and in our own despair, against our will, comes wisdom to us by the awful grace of God. - Aeschylus (525 BC - 456 BC)

eggzs
Why do you hate LCD's? I have a 20" myself and have to say that viewing a CRT is more uncomfortable for my eyes than a LCD.

OldJoe
You need to create a topic for this? If you don't like tft's, choose the crt? Or get used to tft. J'adore aussi le sexe et les snuff moviesJe trouve que ce sont des purs moments de vieJe ne me reconnais plus dans les gensJe suis juste un cas désespérantEt comme personne ne viendra me réclamerJe terminerai comme un objet retrouvé

pryomancer
There's nothing wrong with TFTs, they're much more practical.
ClareJonsson
Some of the older TFTs had a slow refresh rates, and in games where you had fast action going on you would get blurring. If you're basing your dislike of TFT screens on older models, then you need to update. New TFTs are much more vibrant, have fast refresh times and are pretty stunning in my books. Still, I can't wait for OLED to become more mainstream, now THAT'S where the future of screen technology is. [Assist-X]
InkofDeath
Still, I can't wait for OLED to become more mainstream, now THAT'S where the future of screen technology is. Lol, OLED is amazing. I went to a sony convention (it wasn't a sony convention, but 80% of everything there was from Sony) about 5 or so months ago, and the videos and pictures don't do the true quality of them justice. They're so clear.
