be able to use your summoned beast and have the ruler of talent rewards be able to have dragon axes.

I don't quite understand what you mean about the Summoned beast, but to keep things balanced the tools will be equivalent to their rune counterparts.

Thinking of transforming this to an RSOF post today, look for an update and a quick find code soon. ;)

Good luck ;) .

Very well thought out, though there are a few flaws like the enchanted jewelry.

9.7/10

I really like this idea. I don't think the +30 mage bonus is overpowered though, mostly because it's two handed. Master wand + mage book already give a higher bonus and "only" cost 3.2M together. I actually think it needs a slight buff to +35 mage bonus. (Make sure to keep it lower then the arcane shield though.)

I think the tools (forgot the exact name, sorry) are a bit weak too. I don't think I'd ever wear it for combat and besides that the only real advantage is random d stone while mining, which is something a lot of players don't do. Also the free minigame tele isn't really necessary, as you can tele to almost all mini games already.

Maybe the final guthix reward (sorry I'm very bad at names and I can't click on previous every time) should be able to fire d arrows too. It wouldn't make it too overpowered, because the arrows are so expensive.

*The Orifice gives the user a 10% increase in Range, Magic and Melee when used against NPCs for two hours once a day (the user has an option to turn the timer off/on)

I'm a little confused about this. What does exactly increase by 10%? EXP, level, something else?

When everything's been said and done, more has been said than done.

All skills 80+

The 10% increase is in exp, I'll add that in. ;)

I support this 10000%! Bring it on :D

Even if this is an old thread i think that it is a great idea, a couple of ideas that i had were:

1. Perform the quest point skill cape emote infront of WoM/juna

2. Gamble for the best reward in Barb assult/buy a fighter torso

3. Cast home teleport while on Ancients and wearing full ghost and shadow sword

4. Gain over 75% reward on an evil elder tree (while wearing full lumberjack?/infero adaze)

5. Teleport to/from a spirit tree you grew/check health

6. Cast any spell from either normal or ancient spell books after using 'spellbook change' on lunars

7. Enter any alter using an omni staff

8. Instead of harpoon a shark - catch one with bare hands/catch a manta ray or sea turtle

9. Pick pocket a hero while wearing full rogue

10. Trade in 50k/100k vinesweeper points in one go

Few of these require combat and can be done by most long term players but also include a wide variety of under used minigames such as rogues den or vinesweeper.

Also i think that the 1k chompy kills is fine, its the first 5 feather hat (i think) and i dont think that i have ever seen a chompy hat being worn ANYWHERE, i have ~2.1k chompy kills and have never seen anyone else killing them, the whole point of ADs is to get people doing things that they might not have ever done before rather than what they do day in, day out

Amen to that last part  .

Support with all of my limbs!

BUT:

IMO these:

*Harpoon a shark

*Cook the shark without burning it

Should be Hard not Expert tasks in Ruler of Talent- Maybe a manta ray should do the trick for Expert,

Also, why is this:

*Crack the wall safe in the Rogues Den

In Expert too? :shame: It requires ONLY 50 thieving... (Unless you are not thinking the ones in the lobby/near bank) Garden of Summer need 65 thieving and is "just" hard -.- .

Other than that (in case I didn't miss anything) it's REALLY good suggestion. \'

76 Fishing is quite a high level, and the Cooking level is sufficiently high as well. And for the wall safe, I'm talking about the one in the middle of the minigame.

Wow, I'm glad to see this thread is still alive  .

I support when i get higher leveled

null and void

Support. The amulet is a bit overpowered though (bonus-wise)

A jmod once stated on rsof that a task is considered hard if less than 10% of players are capable of doing it (as in skill lvls)

So this probably won't ever happen but it would be cool :P

awsome idea

but its kind of unlogical that orifice of GUTHIX teleports to god wars dungeon :?

P.S. you can put me on the support list ::'

Good idea, but why would the WOM give out an item related to Guthix when he is a devout Saradominist?

Thanks to Killerwat for the sig!

Expert of the skills part is way too easy. Add more.

This is a magnificent idea! FULL SUPPORT!

Also I have always been thinking about an "all-speaking" amulet, like a ghostspeak + monkey + cat + camulet. How about adding an option to combine all the speaking amulets into a one. I don't have a clue where it would fit in, but it might be very useful.

I love the whole thing, but I think the expert skiller tasks are a little to easy. I mean, for the expert combat tasks you require people to do the hardest things around runescape - solo the hardest bosses. I really love the combat idea's because if you can complete those tasks you really are worthy of that magnificent reward. :)

I'd say for most skills you would have to do the hardest - or harder - things for the expert diaries too.

- make a zamorak mix (85 herblore)

- pick herbs from a home-grown torstol plant (85 farming)

- use a Clay harpoon to catch a shark (80 fishing)

- deposit cash in the treasure chest of your dungeon treasure room (79+ construction)

- fletch a dragon arrow (90 fletching)

- sucessfully pickpocket a hero (80 thieving)

- craft 112 earth runes in one go (78 runecrafting)

- mine a runite ore from the rocks in the deep wilderness (85 mining)

- light the beacon on the frozen waste plateau (92 firemaking)

- help to kill an evil elder tree (85 woodcutting)

- smelt a runite bar and smith this into a dagger (85 smithing)

- sucessfully cook a manty ray (91 cooking)

I tried to make these so that level 3 skillers could also complete them. Therefor, tasks like 'enter the highest pyramid plunder room' aren't really possible.

I've seen level 3's in there before :|

Great ideas, you should really bump your RSOF post! I would, but I'm not p2p anymore D:
