Crafting is one of the rarest capes around, wear it with pride : It really isnt a rare cape anymore sadly, It is one of the cheaper buyables now that isnt cooking or fletching. I see many of this cape around lately since it only costs about 40-45M with green leather and takes about 2 weeks to get if you just play normally.
