I used steady aim with the Spas (I was doing challenges) and got more headshots than I do with other weapons. Give that a shot, and yes play normally.

Played some CoD4 today, it was enjoyable but there are way too many kids running about with ACOG M40, SP and Steady Aim, not only is it a 1 hit in the toe at any range, but I'm getting killcams where kids are running up and trying to no-scope me three times in the killcam before pulling out their Deagle. Also grenades wow, forgot how messed up they were.

 

Who would be up for resurrecting the old CoD4 thread? Or am I wrong in assuming most of you guys played CoD4? If you didn't then thats a shame. You would probably like it the most xxxgod as theres two semi-autos for you to [bleep] lol.

I preordered the stimulus pack on steam supposedly to save 10%. So I payed £10.79 (Should have been 11.99) for something which is now on sale for £10.99. Ok it's only a couple of quid but still... This is [cabbage].

After finally getting the stimulus pack, theres a bug which will not allow me to join any other game except for the stimulus package games. Also, [cabbage]. (Could be fixed by now, haven't checked)

After purchasing 5 new maps, I get a total of 2 playlists. Hardcore or Normal, I don't even get to pick what type of game I get to play. Finally, [cabbage].

 

It just seems like they (Activision/IW/whoever) keep trying to screw over pc gamers. I'm really not happy about this.

That's pretty much what happens with every new map pack in a CoD game. You have to wait a while before they integrate the new maps into the regular playlists (as it's PC, you may have a very, very long wait.)

So, me and my friend were playing at quarry i was trying to get ninja pro by knifing people, so i had a ump holo sight, 44 magnum knife Marathon, lightwieght and ninja semtex and flash, i had nuke on, i went to change my kill streaks, but the game started, so i run up, get a fast 2 kills, die... then die a couple of more times, then i got 5 kills, camped for last 2, harrier, waited, chopper gunner got 9 kills. so i needed 5 more kills, we were playing domination, and i was at A, all of a sudden i see smoke go around a, and we were losing a, throw a semtex, get 4 kills, then waited then got the last kill, Hi Hi Nuke :)

Why I'm hoping the former IW members get MW rights. I imagine a lot of people where saying CoD would go down the pan after CoD 3 and they they pulled CoD4 out of the bag. Who knows CoD Black Ops might turn out to be really good, as well as the efforts of these new developers they're bringing in. Perhaps after all the resignations Activision will treat Treyarch and the other devs better.

 

I really don't see how hard it is for them to make CoD Black Ops good. People pretty much agree on the good points of CoD4, WaW and MW2, just combine them and you have a beast of a game.

 

Worked out that I do love this game, despite some of the BS. I'd say its really M/L/C that I hate the most, it just breaks the game when you have multiple people doing it. So if CoD:BO does have no Commando the biggest thing I hate about MW2 will be gone.

 

So I'm resuming my plan for Fall: Intervention, Barrett, SCAR, AK-47, RPD, AUG, UMP and Vector. Currently at around 50 on each one. I'm also at 361/1000 for the Airdrop III challenge.

honestly, if someone kills themselves in last stand, whoever put them there should get an assisted suicide instead of getting robbed a kill.

What I hate is in Search and destroy i am dead and i watch the last alive sit and let time run out...

Yeah modded G3 must have been beastly in cod4.

Yeah I haven't played much S&D in MW2 but I used to hate it in CoD4 when people would screw around with the bomb at the end, especialy when it ended up going off anyway.

This. I barely managed to save my team last minute by using a riot shield class and capturing all the positions on Rundown. They went to take A, then pretty much let the other team take B and C.

Favela is a [bleep] to defend on in Demolition. Especially with 2 spawn campers on the enemy team. We somehow managed to win even though we were defending twice. :blink:

 

Also I am loving double xp weekend, 58-65 so far. Anyone know when it ends?

S+D is the suckiest game mode. Ground War ftw.

2nd Prestige Level 25, I played Bailout (Best Map from the Pack IMO) first time and got a 19 Killstreak from Care Package, Harrier and Pave Low. Care Package was UAV. ¬¬

Crash, Storm, and Salvage are all good. Bailout and Overgrown can die in a fire for all I care.

Mastered the M16A4 for the 3rd time, got 75 headshots with it, and also got 150 headshots this prestige with the Barrett.

Got about 2:30 mins of good montage footage. Goin for around 6-7 Min. Should be out around early June <3 Check out my youtube and sub for me :D
