I was calling it the M21 because thats what it was called in CoD4, and its the same gun in MW2 with a different look. I really don't care what its called IRL.

I stopped knife running after I prestiged the first time because it was a hassle to get the TacKnife back. I still use thermal and HBS on my sniping class though though!

is it possible that the jack my ethernet is plugged into sucks noodles and also that my house has like 4 devices on the wifi signal, not to mention 2 computers directly linked to my router?

 

if that IS the problem, then what do you suggest i do? get a better router?

that may be true, but there's still no such thing as an M21 EBR, which is the issue at hand. it's either the M14 EBR or the M21. no EBR. the M14 is technically a battle rifle. the m21 is a strict sniper system. to call a sniper system an enhanced battle rifle, that's just dumb, if not also a little redundant since the EBR part of the M14 means it is enhanced, usually with a scope.

You can use Scavenger to get a third rocket, or you can "trick" the flares by using Sleight of Hand and quickly firing two rockets.

New map pack on June 3rd, it's called Resurgence, no idea about the maps though. Praying for vacant and strike.

It'd be nice to see a Gulag map.

Stimulus Pack was dissapointing. Hopefully more maps like Highrise and Terminal.

 

I thought it was pretty good actually, the only thing I don't like is that Bailout or Overgrown are coming up once every 3 maps. Definately better than the CoD4 map pack, it might have been cheaper but it only had 3 maps that could be used outside FFA, one of which was Creek which I disliked intensely.

 

For the new pack I'd like to see Crossfire definately, maybe Ambush. A smaller map like Vacant would be good as well, MW2 needs some better SMG maps. TBH I'd rather the whole pack was CoD4 maps, at least you'd know you were getting good maps.

Say hello to the new developer of Call of Duty:Modern warfare 3?

 

With close to half of the team at Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 developer Infinity Ward bailing on the troubled developer, publisher Activision appears to have found a new source for Call of Duty development.

 

Raven Software, the developer of sci-fi shooters Wolfenstein and the recently completed Singularity, has been pulled off its current projects and may be the latest studio to pick up the Call of Duty slack, according to a source close to the studio. Kotaku was told that the developer has had its next game, one based on the James Bond franchiseto which Activision holds the rightsput on hold.

 

Raven's other future game, one based on the X-Men franchise and a follow-up to its work on X-Men: Origins Wolverine, is said to have been put on the backburner as well.

 

The team is said to now be on the path to Call of Duty development, with Activision allegedly "flipping out" about the current Infinity Ward situation. Activision execs said earlier this month that the IW team is working on another Call of Duty game in addition to further map pack development.

 

The next Call of Duty title, Call of Duty: Black Ops, is currently in development at World At War developer Treyarch, due for a November 9 release on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC and Wii. One more map pack is due for Modern Warfare 2, now dated for a June release.

I used to hate quarry with a burning passion. Don't as much anymore. [bleep]in' hate wasteland and underpass, though. The only good part of under-[wagon] is throwing C4 up onto bridge and getting double kills from the ravine. Love Highrise and skidrow. Afghan's a'ight.

Im not being mean/harsh or whatever, but if you havnt noticed, EVERY map is a SMG map. Ive been counting, out of the past 60 games of S&D Ive played, 58 of them had a UMP of somesort. and 45 of those games had 2 or more.

 

The UMP is TOO overpowered, TOO overused, and TOO annoying. When you're playing the game for fun and a challenge, getting dropshotted in the back with a M/L/N UMP-SD by a kid named zXx ToXiiCzZ xXz or GoDLy x M0Nst3R is EXTREMELY annoying and aggarvating. I think an addition to the game of something like Halo 3 did, with just a Team Snipers playlist, and then a "Pro Gaming" playlist would make the game MUCH better.

Exchange is where all the houses in your area connect to get the internet, if your neighbours are using the net and you lag there is nothing you can do about it.

Every map is a UMP map, because its the most versatile gun in the game. 3 hit at any range with any perks or attachments. Theres no real reason to use any of the other SMGs on any map really, assault rifles outclass them.

The great thing about that spot is it's just as offensively useful as defensively. Canyon snipers have to move into position and expose their head in order to get a shot at me, and I'm always watching movement up there.Although i have to admit, there is one spot on the right side where enemy snipers heads are expose like 2 inches....and they got me 3 times because I was using stopping power with a silencer(challenges)

 

And trust me, I've tried the same thing against a sniper who used that spot. It's still mostly luck because you have to kill within the first shot. If not they'll just move and now they know where the shot came from.

Eh, I like the ump45 ,its just like those acr-like mp5sp's from cod4 that everyone loved to use and it doesnt afraid of anything.

MP5 silenced in CoD4 had recoil, but the direction or how much recoil it had was random.
