Jaziek
skate, quake live is not a new game, its just quake 3 running on a different (but identical in terms of gameplay) engine.
Nadril
Yeah QuakeLive is literally a port of Quake III arena with some new maps thrown in the mix.

Maze
I play the game from time to time (Username on QL is Mazemeout, just like on TIF). I am horrible at it, the game is almost too fast-paced and I keep getting killed in like 2 shots. Oh well, practice makes perfect, I will keep trying! :
doomy
Lol, I was losing that match vs crash like 11-3, then I won 15-12 :) Going to try it now, last time I didn't because my internet was slow.. Doomy edit: I like sheep
aquariusman
I have something like a .65 kill/death ratio right now. I've played maybe 5 games, and I must say I quite like this. I've never been able to play an online FPS on my computer because my graphics card does not cooperate. Also, I just never saw much of a reason to when I have a perfectly good 360. Username is Aquariusman, although not too sure how much I'm going to be playing, depends on how addicting it turns out to be. My one problem is with practice mode; every player automatically starts with all weapons. I love how fast the gameplay is too, I immediately had to increase the mouse sensitivity in-game. Also, how do you get past the second jumping obstacle in training mode, I tried a running rocket jump, didn't work. Trying going into a corner and rocket-blasting my way up the wall, didn't work D: There's no such thing as regret. A regret means you are unhappy with the person you are now,and if you're unhappy with the person you are, you change yourself. Thatregret will no longer be a regret, because it will help to form the new, better you. So really, a regret isn't a regret. It's experience. Nope (and I forgot about this thread),I just have a crappy old (and free!) computer. I thought I might be able to cut it because I met all (I think) of the minimum reqs... but I can't. Maybe I'll try again some other time. I looked online, and my computer can barely run the first Half-Life (cuz I was wiki'ing Half-Life)
Dracion1
Most modern internet browsers have higher requirements than the original Half-Life though. :| I tried this, it's very fun. I still love playing on the Quake III and the original UT, always great fun at LAN and such. "In the beginning, the universe was created. doomy
Does anybody else play? I have 7 hours of gametime now...Though I'm not very good..Haha won 2 games finally. I only play FFA though, which is why my win/loss ratio is so low. Name is PointBlank if anyone wants to add me. Doomy edit: I like sheep
doomy
Does nobody actually play this? Except Lilspanyol whos online from time to time :P I love quake, passed 10k frags yesterday :P Though I'm still noobish. And they're releasing a new map weekly for the next 6 weeks ^^ I just suppose its my kind of game, after how much I played Unreal Tournament. aquariusman
I've just had stuff to do lately. Also, I have to get used to how fast-paced the gameplay is. There's no such thing as regret. doomy
Gonna bump this because I'm getting pretty good now :P My accuracy would be higher then 26%, but its pretty much locked there now, and the low W/L ration because of the Free for Alls I used to play. Clan arena is an awesome gametype. Ita a pretty addicting game, but I'm pretty sure nobody on TIF plays... Doomy edit: I like sheep
InkofDeath
Majority of everyone that posted previously, just got tired of it/didn't think it was that great of a big deal as we thought it would have been. Then again, sure, if you're on a netbook or something, you may play it for the FPS format, but really, there's other browser based games to play...even on netbooks. Meh so I just don't bother with it.
