Then, anyone who wants a role can say what they want. if there are any new roles that we haven't thought of (within reason) they can try to be that as well. Some roles like king, queen, etc. which there can only be one of each, can be an issue. The way we should do that is everyone says what they want, and for the only one of each, if more than one person says they want it, we vote on it.
