I've just found out about a limited edition 360 elite coming out with re5. It's red, comes with a red controller, free Street Fighter 2, Resident Evil 5, and an exclusive RE5 theme.

 

 

 

Anyone gonna get it?

 

I might just sell my 360 arcade and buy it with all of my other money.

Ohhhhhh I just might go steal one. That looks amazing. I love the red color and that its elite. I totallyy wanna sell my 60GB and go buy that. But I dont think I can. :( lol

Just buy a skin for your 360? It'll save you like $100.

This used to be a puzzle solving/survival horror/action series. RE5 has some good features, but 1 thing bothers me ever since RE4. When the hell did it stop being a zombie game?

I've heard they're supposed to be infected with SOME strain of the T-virus, but I don't know how all of that works out, I've only played Outbreak and Code Veronica:X.

And Dusty, you can't get a skin that covers the complete 360.

When not playing online coop all Sheva did in the demo was just waste my ammo and heal me when I was barely hurt. TBH when playing singleplayer I'm just going to take all the ammo off her and just let her carry my guns and herbs.

I'm going to get it, but just the game and not the limited edition/360 bundle. The 360 bundle looks pretty good though; but I don't have much use for that much hard-drive space, and I'd just buy a skin rather then buy a new xbox.

I'm surprised I missed that one before I submitted it.. but I was in a hurry to get to a basketball game this morning. Thanks for catching that for me though, otherwise I honestly probably would have never caught that myself.

 

 

 

I do have to say If was a fan of the series and didn't already have a 360 I would definitely pick up the LE Elite.

You can, but unless you hair dryer your warranty sticker off it will void your warranty taking the casing off

stevepole, RE4 was an awesome game with a great storyline, man! You gotta atleast rent this game. I'm buying it the day it hits the shelves, RE4 was great and it looks like they tweaked some things to make the gameplay a little smoother such as changing your weapon.

So having never played a RE game before (but knowing what they were about) I decided to buy it. Worst game purchase I ever made, the controls for the game make it unplayable. Apparently everyone thinks the Wii controls are great though. I've tried to play it three times now, I can't go more than about half an hour before throwing my controllers in frustration. The third time I decided I just must not understand the Wii controls, so I tried a GC controller, and I didn't think it was possible but the controls were worse.

Getting it for the Wii was a bad idea. My Wii is currently collecting dust alongside my 360, I beat RE4 on PS2. Much better. Or maybe its just not your kind of game.

Possibly it's not my type of game, usually not all that much of a fan of the 3rd person shooters. I just had a hell of a time with the controls since you can't move while you are shooting. I was constantly trying to move, but the control stick turned into moving your view when you aimed, so right as soon as I wanted to shoot someone my view was either of the sky or my feet.
