Everyone knows that 85 = 1/4 of the way there, 92 = 1/2 the way there, and 96 = 3/4 of the way there (roughly). I consider people posting OMG 90 FISHING more random than posting for a 96... Its a matter of opinion I suppose, but I'm shocked that you effectively state that you dont care that reaching level 85 means you are a quarter of the way there. Never mind.
