Get your ranged to 70 for Karil's. Waterfiends are the best melee charms at 70 or so, though that would be foolish. The OP should be fine though. So... 862/110 = 7.8 hours. I think you'd probably take about 50% more time, so perhaps 12 hours? I personally would stick with penguins, bork and slayer as they all add up pretty quickly.
