Bring veracs with a tort full of sharks and you'll probably be able to get 1-2 kills.

Kq isn't really worth it. You'd be better off killing aviansies, doing barrows, or something else similar. I duoed with a freind on my old account. we were both level 103, we did around 25 trips and got garbage. we lost money.

Veracs is your best bet but believe me, you lose money. 2 prayer pots, 1 super set (at least 2 doses), and the rest sharks.

Use Ruby(e) bolts till at half health then Switch to Broad Bolts. Make sure you take a few Ranging Potions with you, some Anti-Poison and maybe one or two Prayer Potions. Use the Prayer Potions for praying 10% Ranged. This way you should be able to take care of KBD fairly easy. Fill the rest of your invo with sharks. Also take a Tortoise and fill it up with Shark. You should be able to get 3+ kills this way.

No offense but at your stats you'll have a tough time and the drop rates of the dragon items are too low.

 

I tried with 75 - 75 - 75 melee stats and 67 summoning and it took a trip to get one kill.
