In my opinion, he deserved it. It was obviously something F*&^%$@ nasty, otherwise they wouldn't give him such a sentence, and he knew it too, so he plead guilty. You guys are assuming it was over something stupid, I mean they found stuff on his computer as well. He's 40 years old, and he has over 1,200 manga volumes? He sounds like a F*&^%@# pedofile. Yeah, but it doesn't matter, ignorant folks could be thrown on the jury, hear the case, and just say guilty simply because they think CP is involved, even if evidence was not substantial. That's the one flaw: the court could vote guilty regardless of the case. Since the voting is left in the hands of the jury, which could be a good or bad thing.
