I lost my apple ones about a month ago, I'm going to search my room again when I go home on the 9th because the phillips ones I have now just aren't satisfactory.

Speaking of headphones, the plug on mine has been broken for a few weeks now. I finally got around to looking up how to fix it. Went to this video:

 

 

And got all the stuff together. Looked in the comments, and saw:

 

I swear to god I just pushed a toothpick in the headphone jack and it felt like something moved like a couple millimeters and now it's working perfectly haha.

 

I tried it and it worked. It's pretty nice.

DO NOT BUY SKULLCANDY. They're overpriced pieces of [cabbage] with laughable sound quality. they are worse than beats.

Yeah it stopped, feels a little weird still but now I have a headache. I'll just grab something to drink and not jerk myself up so violently next time

 

If it persists then get it checked out. If it doesn't, probably a pulled muscle considering the location.

yeah, the apple ones are just hard plastic which makes them really [cabbage]ty for sound conduction / cancellation. the ones surrounded by that rubber thing are way better.

 

my ones cost $15 and are 4 years old, I find the sound quality better.

I've gotten those the past couple of times I've needed to replace headphones. My first pair lasted about six months, my second pair lasted a month of very, very wet weather, and my third pair is still going strong. They're pretty comfortable, and they don't fall out of my ears (obviously).

The Apple ones that came with my iPod. Or, to be specific, that came with my 9 year old neighbor's iPod and I traded for them because my old pair broke.

 

I just hopped up again and it hurt again, I'll probably do it a few more times beforeI remember. Lol.

My friend gave me his old pair of skullcandy earbuds because he hated them so much, i figured it's better than nothing and they're free. they were complete [cabbage] in every sense of the word. i would rather listen to the music through my ipod's speaker. so bad.

Well, I have some phillips ones now that were on sale or something, my mom got them. They've got something soft on them which blocks the sound, it just sounds fuzzy and I have to turn the volume up extra to hear my music as loud as I like it. That's why I've become so interested in my stereo since I got the aux cable, better sound quality out of thsoe speakers than the headphones I have now.

Ugh. I feel so guilty about those.

And then it stopped working. Well, off to get the screwdrivers again.

I just don't want to spend a bunch of money on headphones right now, maybe I need to do better research and ask for some for Christmas. Figure out which type I like for how they feel and which ones have a good reputation for sound quality.
