June 7, 200917 yr SS is your best shot, but you can always get d scimmy + defender too :D Yes Sara Sword is the best str training weapon. If you need to have a shield on then using the Dragon Scimmy will work. If you fight metal dragons you're best bet would be a Leaf-Bladed Sword on stab. If you're training on low-defense monsters (which you probably are unless you're doing this by slayer), Zerker necklace + obby sword is superior. ~It's Super Effective! June 8, 200917 yr I'm in and been in the exact same situation. After getting 99 def and att, i was left with 87 str to try and level up through slayer. Personally, i brought a SS and have used it for 4 levels, it may be expensive, but imo its worth it. you will still probably need an EE on a few slay tasks, but not a whole lot more than with a shield seeing as you have 99 def.
