One of the machines that runs the friends system has had a hardware failure. We have backups so no one should lose any data. We are working on getting it back as soon as possible. There was an incident at Stealing Creation where when a game started, the 1 minute warning came on immediately, but the timer was still running down from 20 minutes (the timer was red).
