June 20, 200917 yr Author 4chan declaring open war on the Iranian government was hilariously awesome. The posts went something like this: "Iran has publicly labeled 4chan as a terrorist organization... We deem this an act of war" : Oh the poor Iranian government. Like I said in the 4chan thread on this forum a few days back, these are people you do NOT want to piss off. Should be interesting. On a more depressing note, I stayed up to 3am to hear the speech on Al Jazzera and dam, pretty depressing. Sure the Supreme Leader didn't exactly quell the rebellion with his calm and boring speech, but he pretty much said "Hey, I'm not budging on this, and you all have your last warning" How did he put it? "If people stand in front of flying bullets, it's their fault they get killed." To make matters worse, the Revolutionary Guard has taken over from the police in all matters of domestic law and order. This effectively means that they are going to be yet another entity to crush dissent, and it means that they have allied themselves to the regime, previously they were neutral on the matter. The only entity left to choose sides is the Army. No one knows what they will do or if they will ever get involved. TL,DR: More violence is going to come this weekend. The regime shows zero sign of budging from these peaceful protesters which them deem enemies of Islam. The only way the "revolution" will succeed at this point is through some form of violence or a coup at the highest, highest levels.

June 20, 200917 yr LOL @ Iran trying to shut down the Internet..going as far as cutting the wire. I really like how even though Twitter has been bashed several times, has proven to be extremely useful during this revolution. Very cool in-sight. In fact, its actions may also be crippling banking systems and hindering commerce in what is a technologically advanced nation. Cutting off Internet access affects more than Web sites or Twitter and Facebook. Credit card and ATM systems could be affected, as could critical infrastructures. Can i ask what/who Anon is? Worthless bunch of people You say this because...? Anon has proven to be extremely useful at times, while doing it for the "lulz." I am Teh_King[My dA][My Last.FM][My Twitter]
June 20, 200917 yr The protestors are risking their lives and defying the government. Great to see people finally taking a stand for what they believe. As for Ahmaloser, he is in denial that it is his own people rallying against him, calling them "aliens." Saying they are not of his country. What a great leader

June 20, 200917 yr from these peaceful protesters which them deem enemies of Islam. They're not all peacefully protesting... Still, I am in support for the protesters even if we don't have all of the facts straight yet. And I'm going to say..."Smells like the beginning of WWIII". Hate.

Could you elaborate how this could start ww3? If it breaks into full revolt it effectively takes out one of the main possible causes in Iran nuking Israel. The only thing that 4chan has proven to be effective in is ruining people's lives. It's a bunch of bored losers with a hive mentality. Get your facts strait. Sure a lot of it is mindless fun but a lot of it is more serious than that. They have tracked down rapists, brought police to the door of a an animal torturer, coerced a pedophile to turn himself in, and are providing the only ways news is getting out of Iran. As for current status in Iran... not so good. Like I predicted last night, the government decided "enough is enough" and brought the hammer down. There was a 300,000 person rally planned to meet in a city square, so the government blocked off the entire square with firetrucks and rubber bullet firing riot police. Without a central place to gather they were unable to form a peaceful mass protest, so now the city is a f-ing war zone with thousands of groups of 20-30 protesters running into riot police and Revolutionary Guard everywhere in the city. Mass chaos. Reports say the Revolutionary Gaurd deployed its special forces, who are wearing plain clothes, and they are going around the city beating people up using chains, clubs, and small knives. Not a fair fight, these are military special Op's people going around and attacking regular everyday citizens. They are makoing sure not to kill anyone but they are beating the **** out of anyone who had the guts to show up to rally today. Not good. Video of current state of Tehran

Their crusade against scientology lasted all of two weeks with some overhyped rallies, DDoS attacks on websites until they got bored of it and moved on. June 20, 200917 yr Dude. Have you even heard of the IRL protests? The ones that are STILL GOING ON a year later? An incredibly small portion compared to when the "battle" started. And yet it's still incredibly ineffective. :: Guess the Movie Contest Champion: pfilc23 ::
June 20, 200917 yr Dude. Have you even heard of the IRL protests? The ones that are STILL GOING ON a year later? An incredibly small portion compared to when the "battle" started. And yet it's still incredibly ineffective. Still, thousands of people are still protesting to this day. Sure not as many but that's no different to any cause that has a massive amount of publicity (?), of course a year later people are going to fade but that doesn't mean they've done nothing. Have you ever come across someone on the internet or irl now that holds Scientology in any sort of standing? Anyway this is getting off topic. My point is though that protesting won't ever be entirely useless, something will always come from it. I edit for the [Tip.It Times]. I rarely write in [My Blog]. I am an [Ex-Moderator].

June 20, 200917 yr 4chan has also set up thousands of proxies, which is literally probably the only reason we've heard so much of this. Get back here so I can rub your butt.
June 20, 200917 yr Author Shadowfax, like I just said, 4chan does a lot more than Scientology, I don't even think their Scientology attack is worth mentioning it was so minor and pointless compared to the other things 4chan has done. I'm repeating myself here but they tracked down a rapist, brought police to the door of a an animal torturer, coerced a pedophile to turn himself in, and are providing the only ways news is getting out of Iran. What have you done on the internet that has had a beneficiary affect on the world? Heck even the entire tip.it forums haven't done anything as real and concrete as track down a pedophile or arrest a animal torturer. And more on topic, the 4chan proxies are the only way anyone in the world can get information on whats going on in Iran.
June 20, 200917 yr [yt]MrdRwOlmIxI[/yt] NOTE! NOT for the faint hearted. A woman is shot, and then bleeds to death in the video above. They're apparently dropping water mixed with a chemical down on the people to give them the sensation that scalding water is touching the skin.
June 20, 200917 yr Im now hoping that the Iranians are able to succesfully turn this into a full scale revolution and establish a good government. It has become clear the supreme leader is not going to allow a free society and as such needs to be removed from power. Orthodoxy is unconciousnessthe only ones who should kill are those who are prepared to be killed.
