So, whats the most any of you have lost on a non-combat related death?

 

 

 

Mine was 712k gold on the Brimhaven agility arena hand-holds about a week ago. Don't you love how you click food, then an obstacle, then realize JUST before you attempt the obstacle that you didnt eat the food, you try to back out, frantically clicking things that aren't obstacles, the food, everything, then watch in horror as you grab the handholds, and drop, loosing your last two hp and over 700 grand. >.<

I've never died outside of combat on accident, so ~0 GP. Caution is a good thing. Though why would you have 700k in the arena?

basically, i had been purchasing/selling items on the GE, and i have a habit of using the withdraw all but one option. i had forgotten to deposit my gold, but i thought to myself "Oh, im not going to be in combat, so there should be absolutely NO problem with this" haha how wrong i was. i lost all but one gold. at least i hadnt sold all my ores and seeds yet. that gave me around 500k again. *shrug*

In that case, a good way to start over

About 6M when the log out timer was extended. Got killed by a random event whilst AFK.

0gp, i never carry money around with me, or virtually anything valuable for that matter (i have a tendency to dress in the lightest clothes i can) ;)

About 6M when the log out timer was extended. Got killed by a random event whilst AFK.

 

I fell asleep at az's and forgot about extended timer, I hadn't 68 summon back then.... slowly eating away at my hps till I died =/.

I was lagging like hell when I was running through the elven forest thingy with all the trip wires

 

 

 

Soo I click beyond the trip wire, realise there is one

 

 

 

frantically ram my mouse to go back, I go over the tripwire (-10)and then go back (-10 again)

 

 

 

While I was running over the tripwire I realised my second click was gonna send me over it again, so I clicked on the other side and lost 10 again...

 

 

 

Dead... Didn't lose much, but damn was it frustrating

I lost around 5m when i purchased 10 Imps from the G.E then attacked a guard and died lol.

hmmm, non-combat death...oh yeah back when i had members the brimhaven agility arena got me once, but i only lost leather chaps, boots and gloves what would that be like 50gp maybe? I felt soooo foolish,though, luckily no one else was around to witness my "accident" :oops:

I don't think I've ever died while not in combat, but how many ways could it happen in F2P?

 

 

 

I've been KOed by random events during laggy conditions, and what-not, but those really are combat-related. Most on those would be just over 972k, I think?

The only non combat deaths are on purpose.

I remember way back when...

 

 

 

I was fishing with my friend and a river troll popped up. So me, being the daredevil I am (oh snap!) proceeded to attempt to kill the River Troll with a Bronze Axe. Well, it wasn't hard to kill me. Tried to run and I lagged, so I proceeded to die. Lost a tinderbox, a small net, and 10 whole shrimp :ohnoes: I don't know if that counts as non-combat. Never died from a random since ;)
