July 2, 200917 yr I think that this is just further proof that Jagex is expanding and looking for ways to make the RS game play more pleasurable. PS As forsaken mentioned, if you think a post has no discussion value, take your own advice and don't discuss anything on it. RIP MichaelangelopolousThanks to cowboy14 for the pimp sig!
July 3, 200917 yr Nice. But i have to go into town to get one of those cards. I think i'll keep using my Visa. There's alot of young players (atleast in w121) from Sweden (pre 18), so for them this is a really nice option. J'adore aussi le sexe et les snuff moviesJe trouve que ce sont des purs moments de vieJe ne me reconnais plus dans les gensJe suis juste un cas désespérantEt comme personne ne viendra me réclamerJe terminerai comme un objet retrouvé
July 3, 200917 yr I don't think they're being jerks, simply put this piece of news really isn't one of the hottest topics right now. Change the word 'Sweden' to another country, and we can have the update for one of the next few weeks, then make the same posts about how Jagex is doing a great job expanding their market, again? Even on the homepage I see 2 7-Eleven icons. :| It still has discussion value. When gift cards were released for the US, everyone was saying how great they were. Just because it's Sweden doesn't mean it's of any less importance. There isn't a discussion value. "Yay we can buy these Wallie cards in Sweden. Jagex's business is expanding." That's about the extent of the discussion, seriously. EDIT: I'm not trying to flame, or to bash 3_Hit_U or the mods for believing this has discussion value, but it really doesn't, if you think about it. Sorry.
July 3, 200917 yr Author Seriously 3_Hit_U? Did you only make this topic to brag about being the OP? :wall: The what? What's an OP? [-- DYNAMIC SIGNATURES FOR RUNESCAPE 3 & OLDSCHOOL 2007 RUNESCAPE --]
July 3, 200917 yr This is great  I got a Pressbyrån shop in my neighbourhood :P [insert birds flying in a circle here]Yes, that sig was annoying.
July 3, 200917 yr Seriously 3_Hit_U? Did you only make this topic to brag about being the OP? :wall: The what? What's an OP? OP means originial poster. And I really didn't mean anything by it, I was in a bad mood yesterday. It just annoys me a little when people rush to make a thread about any piece of news Jagex releases just to have posted it first.
July 4, 200917 yr Its worth notifying the people in sweden that hey, they don't need a credit card to get member anymore. How else are they going to find out? O.O
July 4, 200917 yr Its worth notifying the people in sweden that hey, they don't need a credit card to get member anymore. How else are they going to find out?Front page of Runescape.com? If the CORPORAL beast is this hard, imagine how hard a GENERAL or COLONEL beast would be. a corporal is not even an admirable rank in armies that use that ranking system. Yeah, it is a pking minigame, so any arguments anybody makes will probably be biased. The best way this will end :Everybody just says,"I'm not arguing with you anymore, goodbye."The worst way this will end: I don't really know, psychological warfare? Worldwide thermonuclear war? Pie eating contest?
July 4, 200917 yr FINALLY!!! That certainly took some time, Jagex. But now I can go to Pressbyrån (Not pressbyran, Jagex...You don't have åäö on your keyboards like us swedish? Fail!) and buy membership cards without bringing credit card  . And to all those who thinks this is an un-important update, you're wrong! A lot of swedish people like myself will now have it much easier paying for our RS membership. FTW Jagex   \ Add me if you so wish: SwreeTak
July 4, 200917 yr Its worth notifying the people in sweden that hey, they don't need a credit card to get member anymore. How else are they going to find out?Front page of Runescape.com? I never go through the front page. I edit for the [Tip.It Times]. I rarely write in [My Blog]. I am an [Ex-Moderator].
July 4, 200917 yr I have the feeling scandinavia is quite a big market for Jagex. Also here in Finland there is a huge penetration of the game among young people. That may explain the fact there are several servers for a country that only has 5 million inhabitants. Or maybe it is the good infrastructure of the internet in Finland? High speed pipelines to the rest of the world. Not a bad pick for a server.
