July 20, 200916 yr Everyone who has experienced PVP worlds knows what a teleport/G.E. rushers is: waits for someone to teleport and rushes them with either claws, dds, some even ice burst you. They usually choose their prey wisely (those without protection in terms of armors). I usually die 50% of the time when I get rushed so, wisely, I don't carry anything on me when going to the G.E. or teleporting to varrock. This results in either me having to teleport back or having to get some food from the bank to get back at max health. This leaves the rusher with wasted specs and runes every time. After a couple deaths and near deaths I decided to fight back... but not the PKing way. When I get rushed and survive to the bank, I retrieve 76K and leave my char at low health. I then teleport to fally and get killed there. The rusher gets a kill but have no idea where the loot is and wastes his EP. So tip.it, how do YOU fight back? July 20, 200916 yr When i tried 26k'ing few weeks ago, to know how bad the inflation actually is, by mistake I teleported to g.e., and d clawer started spec'ing me...and i found myself with 1hp saved by ROL. When I get rushed and survive to the bank, I retrieve 76K and leave my char at low health. I then teleport to fally and get killed there. The rusher gets a kill but have no idea where the loot is and wastes his EP. very nice and creative way : I think we should take a good pk'ing clan and rush the rushers :twisted:
July 20, 200916 yr I've seen some very creative ways of stopping rushers. One of the most creative i've seen was.... There is Person 1 and Person 2 then there is the rusher. Person 1 is the one being rushed. Person 1 stands in level 1 wilderness, and 1 step from the safe zone. Person 2 stands 2 steps from the safe zone and a few steps to the side Rusher comes in to rush Person 1 and Person 2 quickly uses a dragon spear special to hit the rusher into the safezone leaving Person 1 unharmed Seen this been put into action multiple times and each time the rusher gets a round of "Gf" or "Fail!" from the surrounding people Quite amusing, very effective. :thumbup:

July 20, 200916 yr Personally, I grab range gear + verac's set hidden in my inventory, then get my PKing inventory set up, and hit a 0 on them with range and watch 'em tab, best thing ever :lol:

July 20, 200916 yr well most of em (that ive seen) have auto retaliate on, so i attack them with nothing in my invy/worn and make them waste a spec as i hit. they seem to always get pissed when i do it I'm gonna be walking down an alley in varrock, and walka is going to walk up to me in a trench coat and say "psst.. hey man, wanna buy some sara brew"walka92- retired with 99 in attack, strength, defence, health, magic, ranged, prayer and herblore and 137 combat. some day i may return to claim 138 combat, but alas, that time has not yet come

July 20, 200916 yr Hahahaha best idea ever!!! Last time I tried to fight a rusher back... I got tagged by another rusher who hit 38-36 on me with his dragon bow and I lost full void :P . Retired 2146 overall - 136 combat - 6 skillcapes Plus I think the whole teenage girl thing will end soon (hopefully), because my girlfriend is absolutely in love with him(she is 18), and im beginning to feel threatened by his [Justin Bieber] dashing looks.

July 21, 200916 yr I used to be at PvP worlds 90% of my time, but due to the recent updates I can't risk my Slayer Gear there. However when I used to be there, every time I teleported to a popular location I went without anything. So I could reach a bank and gear up for whatever my activity was, if they manage to catch me, first thing I try is to teleport, if not escape, considering 99.9% of the time I wasn't even PKing I was no match for a team of PKers :/

July 21, 200916 yr I keep quick pray set to protect from melee and piety, and if I see even one splash on me, I hit it and start eating food and running, wether I've been damaged or not. While I have never died from rushers, I've been very close before :P I also used to do the 26k in inv, then tele away in pvp ^^ Use an elf crystal, they don't check there, and with their loss of EP, they used to be :evil: :cry:
