Sigh fair enough. The Virus' work. One of the planets is Ecologically wrecked, making it uninhabitable for the next twenty years.

The other planet is devestated but 33% of people manage to survive due to naturally occuring 'Paradise Zones' For some reason these zones are immune to Virus attack. The people who survive are now building ground to space missiles, designed to destroy anything which approaches.

Also, I don't think I have the tech for those missles. Unless somehow if they're able to shoot stuff down that well, then I've just gained a tech?

The lichtens I have received have been sent to designated underwater refugee camps (I have had these built for some time now) anyways my government is mass producing said vaccines so that my people may be covered... Also archi due to the fact that I have in some cases half of a city devoted to farms I think I am covered food wise.

Meanwhile, I will have to consider releasing the virus anyways, if I'm losing. I'm calling upon Dusty to aid in the destruction of Rocco or the recontrol of Japan, which is trying to form a democratic movement. If things do not go well, I will give my empire to Dusty in exchange for the total annhialation of Rocco.

Well, consider not trying to exterminate all your minor planets, Japan, the other Queen... Diplomacy would have probably lead to an unease peace which wouldnt have exploded into a galactic war in 13 hours.
