One of the planets is Ecologically wrecked, making it uninhabitable for the next twenty years.The other planet is devestated but 33% of people manage to survive due to naturally occuring 'Paradise Zones' For some reason these zones are immune to Virus attack. The lichtens I have received have been sent to designated underwater refugee camps (I have had these built for some time now) anyways my government is mass producing said vaccines so that my people may be covered...
