Hegemony-V2 begins page 302

The USA put a few hundred thousand people into vietnam. The biggest military in the world in real life is 9 millionish. Sending in 10 million to quell a rebellion that may or may not be happening is undeniably pointless. And it would probably put you deep into debt.

very well I will only send in 5 million

I doubt your budget can support even 5 million troops..

'Tis I, 'tis Vindice, 'tis I!

Bulgaria has begun mass conscription, with an army of 9 million. Women and children are given UZI's, babies are equipped with hand grenades, senior citizens get grenade launchers and rpgs, and those fit for military service get the standard issue equiptment. (not really)

Can't really think of anything else other than research continues for several projects, which will all be used together.

The sour dough of the epitmous pie hungers for another's sweet lips to be dulled into a state of most irreverant humbleness

Then would you wind if I took them?

Feel free to try and take them from Brazil. I will eagerly await the results of that move.

Another ship has reached Midgard, offloaded its colonists, and is returning back to Earth. This brings Midgard's population to around 400,000 (accounting for the rapid population boom due to the largely female colonist population).

Not sure if I meantioned this before (I think I did), but some native species from Midgard are being transported to Earth. They should arrive in another 10 years or so (they're being kept in cryostat).

No, you should start by building a giant wall of cement over the next 10 years.

(joke)

Do not mock the wall of doom!

Besides, it is cement, rock, and steel.

And I shall paint slanderous messages 400ft and above, so that nobody can reach them. Muwaha.

Walka, I've been using that kind of stealth for like 25 years now.

Did you by any chance see it on Cracked.com?

Whats happening with this FTL project?

Are we giving it the go ahead?

Yesyes, go ahead with your plan. I'm already researching something :-w

I thought it was the wall of dusty! :ohnoes:

hehe

No real update from me. 90% of my army is being kept in the reserve force, and I probably wouldn't use most of them in a war unless drastically needed. So my economy won't collapse. At least it shouldn't.

I would need your ships to help as well. And Doom's...

A Dyson bubble would take a hell of a lot of work, remember.

Its still more viable than a full dyson sphere, and still produces enough energy for ftl travel.

We also need Doom's carbon nanotubes.

And a lot of them.

I'm going to build 5 more harvester ships to help with the Dyson bubble.

One thing that might motivate you: If we are the only people who helped build it, we can sell said batteries for a lot of money.

As soon as Doom gives the go-ahead, I'll start building some harvester-type ships to help out. Don't really feel like getting into a physics debate about realism, so I'll wait until the design is cemented and agreed upon by both you and Doom.

Im not quitting, i just wanted to spice things up a bit. We now appear to have a rebellion on our hands. Many civilians, even the ones who voted for the KNP in the first place, are rising up to face the new dictator. luckily, about a third of the army is on our side, and our scientists have disabled our tanks (i expected this to happen. and had them put disablers in them). I would like to hand temporary control of mongolia to latino, and would like to make a plea for help to the other NWO members. the main strongholds of the new government are the capital city Astana of and the former Uzbekistan. the heaviest resistance is coming from the southeast. I am hiding out in the city of Almaty, commanding my 200,000 troops and roughly 500,000 rebels. He has about 400,000 troops at his disposal, plus a quickly trained army of 500,000.

I still think walkers are utterly useless.

And I assure you trol, my drones will cause zero casualties, unless somebody happens to die of some other disorder.

I'm using rubber bullets and sleeping gas.

Most civilians have been evacuated, the rest are in for a little catnap.

One more good point about drones, try using nerve gas on them, and nothing.

Jesus Grim, quit being so heavy handed.

There would have been no reason to use RFGs anyways.

I'd recommend people pull their troops out of the target areas, as they will be rendered useless by the gas.

Around 600,000 drones have been dispatched.
