TONSIL is complete, and the specs for the modified dioxide exchanger have been sent to all the Mini-Hopes. My colony on Zhoreuc is now completely set up, and has 1,000 people with a growth rate of 4%. The station orbiting Oruguma is now fully complete, and has 1,000 people with growth rate of only 0.2% due to the need to conserve oxygen. The Project Freon scientists seem to have found a way to encase a rat in subzero-temperature ice without having it freeze to death. More investigation in to how this is possible is occurring.
