Alright, I'll try to remember. It was updated 5-10 minutes ago most recently, so if you haven't checked since before then and are planning on colonizing something, checking might be good.

Icuownage and Killerwatt, your request to enter the NWO has been accepted.

You have both been sent Exobreaker A-4 blueprints as a joining gift.

Thank you, but what does it do?

Many believe that the 1980 eruption of Mt. Saint Helens was a catostrophic geological event, in reality it was the day that Jimi Hendrix returned to Earth from the next world and actually stood up next to a mountain and chopped it down with the edge of his hand.

Well right now I am focusing resources into the sinabo system to fully develop the two planets that I hold there as well as the two aquatic planets that I hold in the fadou system.

(for the sinabo system I own a rocky planet and a desert planet)

Ok on my planet

I currently have

10M Population

80B Budget

and my GPD is 105000000000

My growth rate is 4% next year I will have 1040000 population

I begin construction on a shipyard (anyone mind telling me how long that takes)

I also begin to create a military training camp, with an elite turret program, to help me get people into the full rotation dome turrets.

I use my last free technology to get a breakthrough into genetics, not fully mastered, just able to start the cloning process and shizz, but they still die and stuff.

I start to research advanced genetics

and begins plans on creating a mining company.

Can some people give me some figures on these?

It's a REALLY big shaft.

I didn't catch fire, I used the can of hairspray as a flamethrower and pointed it at my arm.

how are you going to ignore my posts when I'm offering to let you live as my vassal in two weeks time?

A basic shipyard should take 3-5 years to compelte, I think.

To master human cloning, I'd estimate 15 years+, minimum.

Your mining company and military program should just be 'ongoing' things that boost your economy/military prowess, I guess.

Advanced genetics.. 8 years+, or so.

'Tis I, 'tis Vindice, 'tis I!

It's a military suit, body armour type thing, Killer.

Excellent. That means my Veroxians aren't so weak in ground combat anymore.

Killer, you got a pic of veroxians?

and also how much would it take to melt a bullet instantly.

Too much. Besides, you'd then have lumps of molten metal flying at your soldiers.

Can you please, please, please try to come up with some realistic techs?

No I mean set up a program, we haven't got one yet, and if we do, it must be basic, so I'm expanding them.

0/15 cloning

advanced genetics0/8

shipyard 0/4

I agree with Ross, if you wanted it to work, it would have to disintegrate it, and as a bullet is fast, it would have to do it in a flash...

Hex, if it uses an extremely powerful power supply, how is it a paste on bullets? Unless you have your bullets wired to a generator, good luck with that. Also, nothing feasible would melt it instantly. It would first have to melt the outerlayers, then the inner and so on.

EDIT: original post edited slightly

I know that, what heat would be required to do it in a flash.

or what would be a suitible surivival temp of a flame [developmentally delayed]ent which should be able to survive the melting point of a bullet

They're a bit hard to describe, but imagine a humanoid Bearded Dragon. :)

If a molten bullet hit someone it would most likely do more damage.

Uh... no. It would lose all shape and separate apart, and then solidify again in un-aerodynamic pieces, and fall to the ground. Even if it did hit the person, it would maybe burn them a bit, but also lose most of it's penetrating ability.

I was just trying to be clever.

Ok,

what I want to make is a sort of plastic/polymer that can survive extreme heats while bieng thin.

I also need it to be bendable and durable.

Origionally I was thinking of a paste which can be painted on which lowers heat.
