If you mean the ZPMs they're done January 23.Those generators must cost a lot to make/fuel if they produce that much energy that easily. Also, Hex, I don't see how a nanobot can act as a spy camera without being able to have very, very efficient data storage.When did he say how much energy they made? and yeh, thats what I was wondering. how to make data storage but i've worked it out now, I'd also need creators to get to a special atomic shape but i'm going to need to research camera's and such.it takes two years about to research most things with nanobots otherwise they'll be overpowered. I have an idea for a alien race. They're called Populus of Astrum, which means "People of the stars". If its not a bother, can I have my planet/system, whatever I'm given, named Astrum, and can the planet/system, have a very bright star, its needed for the history? Anyway, I'm not a good drawer, in fact, I'm seriously bad at drawing, so the sketch will look badPopulus of astrum - What are they? Well firstly to start off, they have a large skull, but not wide, it is rather long, meaning a larger brain, which in turn, means even more intelligent. They aren't strong, but they aren't frail or weak, they have around about human strength. As they're from a planet, that orbits a very bright star, their skin has become near see through, organs are visible, and some bodily functions that take place can be seen. Being as they're from a bright area, blinding lights and flashes do not affect them, but they're very easily blinded by a lack of light. They're basically, super smart humans, that are translucent. I will post the sketch when I am done, I will also post a history soon, and also, can someone explain, when I am new, do I get no techs at all, as in space travel is impossible until i discover it, can someone explain?Nice idea. Don't worry, most of us can't draw but if you get over the general jist of it its fine.And I really like the idea of the alien race, well thought out. First you need to come up with a couple of starting techs. things like this: Faster then light travel (you have this automatically), Quicker cell regeneration, Spaceship, understanding of plants, temprature raiser (planets), or something thats not to powerful. You always start with FTL travel and a spaceship. then you need to sort out your military, you don't want people Pwning you. and then you can research most things (unless they defy the laws of physics) you can start immideatly if you like. I'm not one who really specializes in how UV radiation affects skin, except the higher the dose, the darker the skin has to be to protect it. Please tell me if this defies biological science. My race, to become immune to UV radiation, has made their skin so thin, and organs thins, and cells for that matter, that the radiation passes through it, un-harming it. As its so thin, it has become translucent, and so have the organs, they are quite translucent in the body. You'll need to pick a system to start on as well. Choose any of the systems from the first post that do not already have somebody in, and have at least one Earthlike planet for you to start on. Our drugs enhancing the bodies autoimmune system have been completed to L1, and are being systematically injected into every member of our populace. Similar drugs which allow the brain to concentrate on more than one idea at once are potentially in the pipe work. Drugs are working on increasing various stats of the human body, including muscle strength and eyesight. Oh, and Ross, mixed fusion and fission when I described it, it's supposed to use nitrogen from the air as fuel, the bulb shaped ends contains air filters especially designed to filter out nitrogen from the air in order to fuel the nuclear reaction. (if no ones there) Also mather you dont have fusion period end of story. Doom has been researching fusion for 70 years and still does not have a viable method. And no you did not have a breakthrough. I was wondering what disables cells? apart from radiation, heat and cold? 15 for the basics of nanotech. as i've said earlier i'll be funding another 20 years into weaponised, creators and spys.
