I have lowered spending of nanotech to twenty billion wheras before it was fourty billion, I am spending fourty billion on AI and this will be "sentient" at thirty years but will carry on to perfect it. I have twenty billion to spend but i'm just going to keep it. Oh yeh, I also have 50 billion from mather which *SURGE OF FUNDING* puts it into AI, making it to 7/40. with my thirty billion i'm going to fund twenty billion into nanotech which makes it 7/15. with my new pop whats my new GDP? Lol. I'm assuming your GPD per person is about 38,000 now, so population*38,000 = Total tax money, then take 5% of that, and thats your budget. With an absurd growth rate rate of 5%, you'd still have about 14 million people.
