Well, some of the NWO have fusion nukes but those aren't that advanced compared to a reactor. Along with that, I want to have goggles, with infrared, as im on a cold planet, seeing a creature will be very easy with this.As with that, the goggles have another kind of slide between the eye and the infrared, which has a small projection on it, that only takes up a small corner in the bottom of the eye, that shows a radar, the radar, which I have yet to locate on the body, will bounce infrared around, it will give the wearer the ability to see anything giving off heat. The goggles will only be used in planets that arent volcanic or a desert, any planet that isnt hot really. Hex, up until a few days ago, my gdp was 36 trillion ish per year, and my budget for fusion was 90b per year for most of that time. You could go with the "System lords" but, well..... Icuownage, just look for an empty system on the first page, and make sure it has an Earthlike planet, that will be the planet you start on.
