I think I posted somewhere. I'll just estimate a million, since that won't dent my population one bit. (I round down a lot)

And if you recall, I don't like competition on my tech tongue.gif. However if I feel so inclined to make a III, you are welcome to join the expedition. I even brought along Dusty the first time despite our history.

I always thought it was moreso because I forked over 90% of the neccessary cash and the shipyards needed to construct it. hehe

There are currently colonists on Unoph as well, as well as Rpg's colonists. I started colonisation a few weeks ago, so you can decide on a reasonable number, and I'll support it.

Unoph is in the Ominlife system. It's Earth-like, and you can ask RpgGamer how big it is.

I am aware.

That's why I said that I was building a space station on it.

---

Also, do space stations have stats like ships? Or just power values.

I made specs for it long ago. I refuse to post dig though. For the sake of argument, it's identicle to Earth.

Archi, do space stations just have a power value or do they need weapon power, armor, etc like a ship?

If you want to post them on the wiki then yes, otherwise no.

Also for those of you who don't read the Sector Report Sephar has been strip mined so that only Set remains, set has been made around 1000% times bigger.

Well I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts.

Replaced the system map on the first page. Neva is in Netio.

As of yet none of the mineral system have populations so that is probably leading to some confusion among people.

Okay, there isn't really an update for today.

Same old same old.

I'm guessing that there should be several defensive platforms in Kajea now.

Holy [cabbage] that reminds me I am recalling the fleet I sent to the tevarn system (or whatever system that has the new mineral that is next to the eresu system. The ships from that part consist of 20 super battle ships and 45 regular ships as well as super freighters and farm ships.

We should prepare for another Urk-Orz attack.

[hide=Today's Progress]

[hide=Capiahs]

System: Capiah

-

Planet: Capiah 1 and 2 (same stats)

Distance: 175,000,000 km

Radius: 8,000

Gravity: 1.3 G

Orbit Period: 390 days

Rotation: 22.8 hrs

Mean Temp: 18 C

Atmosphere: 1.2 ATM (N2 73%, O2 26%, Ar 1%,)

Hospitable

Population: 150,000,000

Moons: None

About it: Capiah is the most established colony besides that of Japan on Earth. With a quickly expanding population and abundant species of kelp, the settlers are thriving. The relatively large amount of land is still mostly unused, aside from defences, but future uses could be found.

Military:

System: Recea Decimus

Planet: Erikio

Distance: 500,000,000 km

Radius: 18,000 km

Gravity: 2 G

Orbit Period: 747 days

Rotation: 18 hrs

Atmosphere: 2 atm (N 58 %, O2 28%, Ar 2%, Carbon Dioxide 12%)

Hospitable

Population: 500,000,000

Moons: None

Erikio is the seat of the Lichtes government and homeworld to most of its people. Skyscrapers exist that are taller than almost any structure on Earth, mainly because the buoyancy that the water provides. It is covered by 99% water, with the land harnessed to grow luxury food crops, meat, and defensive installations.

New Erikio has quickly been upgraded into a full scale military base. Massive underground tunnels snake through the continental shelf and deeper into the sea crust. The majority of Lichtes citizens live here, sheltered from infectious viruses and invading aliens by the limitless fortifications and defences. This is a major Iridium monopole mining base. Deep within the tunnels, the worst of society (over 200 million) trudge down into the mines to get as much Iridium ion as they can. The ones that give above average get a comfortable bed for the night, while those below average can either go back to their homes or go down to get more Iridium to get a bed.

Military:

Regulars: 100,000

Heavy battleships:

Battleships: 6 (2 per turn)

Fighters: 40 (10 per turn)

[hide=Technology in progress]

Name: Coilguns

Completion Date: December 20th

Effects: Uses monopoles to power a gun which has little to no recoil

Name: Scram Cannon

Completion Date: Christmas!

Effects: Uses Kinetic energy and supersonic combustion to launch a projectile as far as other weapons without the complexity.

[hide=Constructions]

Name: Sector E battlestation

Completion Date: December 7th

Effects: Helps defend Japan from space attacks

Name: Earth to Space Artillery Batteries

Completion Date: December 7th

Effects: Massive Artillery and Flak installations are built on land and flotation devices on sea. The ones on land often have a tunnel that goes down into the main tunnels, but these are sealed except during peacetime. Though the projectiles cannot aim straight (due to the winds), the massive amounts of artillery flying through the air and the expanse of their fleet makes it easy to hit. If the enemy begins to land, then it will be far easier to hit them.

The reason Erikio is expanding that quickly is because I have 1 billion in New Erikio, and I'm shipping anyone over 1 billion back to Erikio. Also note that Capiah is two planets, and the population listed is only one planet. I will make a little chart for Ekedou, but I need to figure out what kind of planets they are.

We should prepare for another Urk-Orz attack.

I am, although they will probably ignore me, seeing my now small civilizations and not of my powerfull weapons and defences.

Wait, maybe they'll do the mistake of thinking one of my planets are weak enough to plunder.

Thanks! How many oceans do you have? Sending civilians to Mather's oceans.

Also Archi, can you fully explain how boarding works when you calculate it?

Typically the armour/shields are destroyed and then a ship will dock with the damaged ship and then fight a pitched battle based based on their ground combat modifer...if I don't have figures then I will just roll on it.

One of the planets is 5500 Km Radius and the other is 7500 Km radius...so

1,120,861,403.2334013498665829540104 Km2

60% of which is 672,516,841.94004080991994977240622

Or more reasonable, 672,500,000 Square Kilometers.
