...Thats a process that takes hundred of thousands of years to causes any appreciable change and eventually a planet, like Venus for example, reaches saturation point where the calcium can't contain more carbon...and Venus is magnetically(and therefore probably tectonically) dead.

Well I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts.

The Biosphere 2 project lost about 25% of its oxygen within a year. That's in an ecologically stable enviroment.

I think the olympics or whatever should be less often. We'll get bored of them in a little bit unless they're a little bit less frequent. I mean, considering it would take a good 2-3 years for the athletes to travel from one planet to another if we follow game mechanics. Also, shouldn't the mechos have won the radiation test? I mean, given the whole robot advantage?

Oh, I figure I'll explain some of my projects.

Project Andy is about androids. It includes developing near-sentient computers, and the ability to upload minds. The androids are essentially unrecognizable from regular humans, unless you were to cut a few inches (in most places) into their body. The mind uploading is still intensely money draining, so it is only used for preserving the minds of our greatest scientists and leaders. I'm not going to and never plan to make a mechos race, like Ross's or convert any significant amount of my population to machines. I'm just keeping the ability so that if I ever need it I have it.

Project Hellfire has a few different parts. The first part is improving orbital drop capabilities. It gives me the ability to "drop" large numbers of soldiers from orbit, or even tanks. The ships equipped with the drop pods are called hellfire cruisers, and have the fighting ability of about five heavy battleships as well. It also includes some weapon designs, like an ultra laser that requires 500kg of Duna to fire.

Project Trawler is kinda ripped from Star Wars. If anyone knows what world devastators are from that series, that's pretty much what Trawler was researching. It's a giant (and I mean giant) tank that will crush anything in it's path, and process any valuable or workable resources from what it runs over, which can be used to repair the tank, power the cold fusion reactor, or other uses. These things aren't going to be very common as building one costs the gdp of your average modern day country, but they will be hard to stop.

Project Wolf and Merc will remain fully secret til I fight someone.

Oh, and some details might have been omitted from those descriptions, obviously, but I just don't want people to think I'm pulling these weapons out of nowhere if I ever have to use them.

Project Durendal is complete, mass production has begun.

When stood up straight, they're 10 metres tall, 3.5 metres wide, with 1.5 foot thick armour surrounding the limbs, joints and chest. There is an extra layer of armour surrounding the miniature quark generator situated in the chest, which supplies enough power to allow fluid movement and the abillity to run up to 150 km/h due to the huge stride. It's weapons include am Arc Stream cannon mounted onto one wrist, and an Arc pulse rifle on the other. On both shoulders are miniature Arc goalkeepers, as well as another one mounted to the lower back. It has camera lenses made of diamond, as well as two backup cameras, and a minor nanorecorder stealth coating (Although it is rather difficult to hide a machine the size of a small building.) They have jet thrusters, but are incapable of flight and can only perform short jumps.

They also have one other feature. When they have sustained a certain amount of damage, the generator will go haywire on command, the drone will use the thrusters and divert all power from any other systems to launch itself at the enemy as a giant flying missile.

Kamino won 4 events:

Boxing, Football, Javelin and Shot Put

Go forth and prosper, my aparently strong armed nation!

I'm proud of you :)

Do I still own Met'Al or has someone stolen it from me? Out of curiosity, I haven't really been posting much recently, lol.

To be honest the Duna planets seem to have been accepted as whatever they were when they came out.

I have pretty much given up trying to keep track, since people claimed them multiple times.

Well I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts.

No one's stolen Met'Al that I know of.

Due to public demand, the military will undergo some reforms, as has been discussed previously with Archi. I think support for the Humanist Party has declined somewhat, but people still like our economic prosperity that was brought forward by the Humanist Party's policies. However, it seems that they were too soft. More support for the Tories and Federalists should bring the necessary policies that should keep the nation on its toes, but allow us to enjoy our freedoms and our economic prosperity.

It looks like King Albert is getting old. If something happens to the peace-time emperor, King George VII of Britannia (John's son) will take the throne.

Replacing life on zypherius with a mechanical copy of whichever animal is being replaced.

A special type of decorative nanite as been created that slowly grows into a metallic tree. There are multiple varieties for different plants.

Now I can totally wreck the planet and still maintain some form of ecosystem.

We do request some samples of DNA from our neighbours. Some of the samples may help contribute to Genesis.

At least they will still have DNA that lives on, even though Zypherius is being deterraformed.

I thought Met'Al belonged to Rocco. If that was the case, then Rocco doesn't own any Duna-planets, even though he's been claiming to have Duna for quite sometime. <_<

---------

Ross, does that planet have any kelp? We'd like to request some to increase the variety of kelp in our ecosystem.

Interesting. So RPG doesn't own any Duna at the moment, unless he contests the above.

Incase I ever have to auto-pilot, production is going into producing transport ships and space production stations. Meanwhile, the eggs are being shipped to Tycus.

Actually He may own some duna... I know me sere and ross at least are sharing a duna producing planet (It appeared right at my door step)

On a side note how should I calculate the time for tachyon travel? I was thinking Time= .25years + ( lightyears/250) + .25 years + .5 years Would that work?

Zypherius has a tiny puddle as a sea, and the concentration of chemicals and salts in it is so high that it is toxic to basically everything and horribly radioactive. Surprisingly, there is no kelp

I already said that we're not going to have any other faster means of travel. Tell you what, the only thing I'll allow is a faster speed up/slow down time. Unless you're planning on attacking Tefarn, or Archi, then the extra 200 ly/year won't matter to you. It's just the way the game mechanic is gonna stay for now.

In other news, my colony ship (similar to terravenger, but it was planned on being used as a way to evacuate people from planets that were under attack) will be converted into a static superstructure that will be floating around in empty space. The transformation will take 100,000 PP, and it'll also have the ability to put out a few thousand PP a year itself once it's complete.

If anyone is heading for me it will take a couple of real life years *360.Planck Numbers. So basically really far away and no one knows the direction.

Anyway the minium(no matter how many upgrades you use) is 1 year.

So is there a limit on ship size?
