Mather, I think we could say maybe a million or so civilians escaped your planet, so if you can find a new planet. You lose all research other than things that are finished, and contained in your ship though (so you can only pick a few.) On the condition that you don't have Naquadah anymore.

No more use of Naquadah (except in goa'uld bloodstream), all reaserch salvaged due to goa'uld genetical memory (they know all their ancestors knew and did (later must be quite disturbing in some aspects)).

Or Jahrium, or ZPMs. Or other invincible BS.

Jahrium was accepted, ZPMs were limited in production by Archi(one year left!).

Archi, I strived long to get my techs to a level where I wasn't far behind anymore and I've spent 99 days waiting for the ZPM research to be done, don't screw that up for me. Anyways I had like five hundred thousand humans and jaffa spread around on other places along with at least two hundred goa'ulds.

Anyway, feeling better now, it was a right - of an exam so...I feel justifed. Anyway Dusty gets 9 as his armour, simply on account that he is obfuscating most of the time...well that at he favours massive slabs of armour as opposed to thin sheets of super armour....

That said he is still joint highest though, so...

 

Anyway, I am ignoring the whole 'Armour, Weapon, Speed' Hierarcy mess. If you did armour on the same degree as you did weapons you would have maybe 5 meters of armour and 5 pea shooters...The technological progress has gone into building better and better weapons, so a lot(5 meters) of armour = a very small amount of weapons. Further speed is constant.

 

Also, Mather, I have told you thrice, you will have to restart your empire, from scratch.

 

Further there is a ban on introducing anything which can dramatically boost your defence, offence or whatever(Which applies to everyone)....In the future discovering 'Monopoles in the sea' or some random chemical which happens to be the ultimate bomb makers dream, will NOT happen. Claiming that it does will result in, however long you waste claiming that it did discover it, being added to your research times.

Your posts will be ignored by everyone, except perhaps Ross, Sere and Retech because it has been decided that the ZPM is insanely over powered and that the 'Its in Stargate' exuse has worn so thin that Rocco, Doom and Dusty wanted to destroy you to show you that you had gone too far.

So please, either start again or leave...Because, by and large, the people of the thread don't want you annoying the hell out of them

 

(Personally its mildly amusing and I enjoy attacking the science of Stargate, but the majority has spoken...So unless Ross, Sere and Retech(and/or Paul, RPG) leap to your defence(basically 3 people) the Gouald Empire is gone.)

No, you still got completely destroyed so there is going to be some major punative damage to your research and such.

I recommend you come up with a new race, pick some generic weapons (like tubo lasers or phase cannons or even just lasers) and go from there.

 

I would say you get 20 years of free research, in 7 different fields.

I have nothing against the game restarting anymore, though first a set rules must be chosen and the "correct" of all opposing larger physics theories (uncertainty principle, wormholes, etc.) must be selected in order to prevent wasting time arguing about things we cannot know for sure how works.

One question, would I be able to use techs incorporating non-specific sci-fi phenomena, like subspace (a trans-dimentional plane of existance with different physical laws consisting purely of information, both stored and transmitted)?

I can't imagine not. Unless it directly breaks the game, ie faster than light travel there shouldn't be a problem with it.

 

Just remember it can only be 20 years more advanced than present day tech and only in 7 fields.

Ok then:

Nigeria attacks the Licht Empire

 

Earlier today the Nigerian Empire spread a fleet of:

2 flagships

20 ultra battleships

160 super battleships

300 heavy battleships

400 battleships

40 super carriers

40 super cruisers

40 light warships

15 heavy warships

60,000~ fighters

 

to the two main Licht Worlds(Which are Erikio and New Erikio)

 

The attack began poorly as the Licht fighters swarmed in to destroy the entire fleet attacking Erikio at a loss of 300,000 fighters. This was due to their tactic of flying in with viruses, docking and then dispersing the virus into the ventilation system.

However the attack on New Erikio went much better due to a bungle by the Licht High Command who had not spread the fighters out. Thus the Nigerian fleet encircled the planet to prevent any escapes and then set about firing assorted space debries at the stations, finally wearing them down to the point of destruction. However this took most of the year to do and thus the Licht managed to mount a small counterattack when they were finally finished. However this attack did very little damage.

With the wait completed the Nigerian fleet took up closer positions around New Erikio and began using their Virus bombs to destroy the microbel life forms in the sea, as well as the nutritional level of the soil, as well as damaging some small percent of the Kelp varities.

However the arable land and sea on New Erikio has been made completely unfarmable for the next five years at least.

The Nigerian Fleet then drew more space debries into the planet's atomsphere, heating it by over 180 degrees Celcius. This had the effect of causing even more powerful thunder and lightening storms for some weeks, but then they began to dissipate as the oceans evapourated.

The Nigerian Fleet, showing no mercy, skimmed the atomsphere continually, heating the planet another twenty degrees and thus making the planet barren for the next 50 years.

With the storms reduced and the ocean protection gone, and with many billions of Licht starving and thirsty, the Nigerian Fleet used a spy camera network to send images to Erikio as an example of what happened to criminals of the universe. Then finally they began using Ion Cannons to crack the fragile tunnels, exposing the Licht people to the burning temperatures and to drain the water out.

With the planet totally devestated the Queen finally came out of hiding and was abducted by the Nigerian Fleet, which, leaving hte dead planet behind them, set off for Yguah.
