August 11, 200916 yr You know when you talk to somebody in a quest and they keep talking about... heaven knows what. Do you just keep pressing the continue button or do you actually read it? Personally, I almost never read it :D. ................................[Currently Have - 1300M].........................................................My Beginner's Merchanting Guide - My Youtube Channel - My Twitter
August 11, 200916 yr Oh hella yes. I play quests for the story. And I like reading :D Balance may be power, but chaos is still pretty damn fun.Canada can't be second rate, polar bears are their main mode of transportation.
August 11, 200916 yr I read the quests. Just like any other game with a story, really I painted some stuff and put it on tumblr
August 11, 200916 yr I usually read all of it, sometimes there are some pretty funnny things in there, but usually it is just to get more involved in the story.
August 11, 200916 yr ... I'm f2p and i read about p2p quests just because i like Runescape's storyline :D I know more about rs than most of my p2p friends because of that
August 11, 200916 yr Not at all. I just keep clicking continue and hope I don't miss important information/click the wrong option.
August 11, 200916 yr Most of the time i read it, but sometimes if they just go on and on i just skip it :D
August 12, 200916 yr I love to read it. I find the dialogue quite interesting and funny :P By three methods we may learn wisdom: First, by reflection, which is noblest; Second, by imitation, which is easiest; and third by experience, which is the bitterest. - Confucius
August 12, 200916 yr Yes, I play quests for the story. I even clicked away the reward screen last time without looking at it. #-o (not on purpose though :P) Proud (retired) Tip.it Times Editor! Tip.it Times Archives TET event forum

August 14, 200916 yr What's the point in questing it you're not reading it? Grognarklu Snargle Ungle'Bla.
August 15, 200916 yr What's the point in questing it you're not reading it? The majority of rs players only do quests for the rewards for some reason.. -_- When I started playing, I never read quest dialogue. I decided to try actually reading it once and it turned out that I fell in love with the runescape storyline, so now I always read it unless I'm in a hurry or something. August 16, 200916 yr Not really, but for some quest lines I will. Most quest plots imo are just meh, but for instance, I like the Mourning's End quest line, and the Morytania questline

August 19, 200916 yr Half the quests I do are for the story. If there not unlocking new areas (most prized reward by me), and even if they are, I still wan't to see the story. I took a great number of screen shots in hypercam while doing the ghostly robes mini quest. Combined with a pic of the first for text boxes (before realising this would take forever to crop), I have the entire transript in almost entirely video format. I just slow down the playback speed and view it frame by frame if I wan't to see it.
August 19, 200916 yr Depends on the story. If it's about goblins or something boring then I just click through.
