i remeber my first day i kept on walking north the edgeville. i went into that barn where all the men were and killed until i started dying. i got like 100gp and i couldnt find the bank and i got owned by a man. after that i quit for a couple weeks.................. :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops:

THe first thing I did was walk up into the top of the castle and talk to the Mayor of Lummy, and he said something about a smithing guide, so i wondered around for ages aimlessly looking for this guide. (this was before the update)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Then some random chick gave me a bronze scimmy and shield, i was so excited, so i followed her around for ages. She said "GO AWAY YOU NOOB, OR I"LL REPORT U!!!" so i said sorry and ran off, hoping she didn't report me

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

One other thing i did was that i would always carry a pickaxe, fishing rod, a wc axe, tinder box etc, cos i could never decide on waht i wanted to do. :oops:

i did the same i thought that everyone carried them thinking that you didnt bank them cuz you needed them and when i died to a goblin i was realy upset cause i thought i wouldnt get back

my first time was a dasaster!!

 

 

 

I walked around the whole world, without finding a city, and I ended up dying to a greater demon after having walked trough the entire wildy :wall:

 

 

 

after that I started using the world map :lol:

In my first day of RS I got lost in the space next to Lumby Swamp, after I talked to those hero dudes, they wouldn't say anything to me, the I went to Draynor and got wasted by a Jail Guard...

some guy came up to me and said "want to see a 10k respawn?" i followed him to the wildy and he killed me

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

i kept him added to my friends list ever since, then asked if he wanted to go pking with me (this is like 2 months ago) i was 28 lvls higher than him. i killed him and got a set of rune and d long +glory

i went straight to starting loads of quests (thats probably how i became a quester) and looked for the halloween drops on my way. then i got lost and ended up in edgevill, then i just started selling all the stuff i didn't need (like goblin drops and stuff)

I remember this very well... The only thing i did was chopping trees and burning them, for 2 days!! After that i realised that there were other things to do! :-w

I dont remember too well but i started in lumbridge 3 years ago and went straight to varrock ( i knew how to get there because of my old account )

 

 

 

i deposited all my things in the bank except for my bronze age and tinderbox, then i went to karamaja and starting shouting on the docks "selling fire" so quickly i made 1k in the noobiest way ever :P

 

 

 

then i went to varrock and starting mining \

i was introduced to the game by my brother and he told me mining in the varrock copper tin mine was the way. So i did that a couple of hours and then got borred. So i went to explore the lands of runescape and found the dwarvenmine where u can buy better picaxes. I then decided i didn't want to train 1 skill, but just do what i like :

the first thing i did on rs was saw a man and attacked him with my shortbow and died!!!Then i respawned and tried 2 grab my stuff :!: quick

My best friend helped me set up my account and upon arriving in Lumbridge, I walk to varrock with my non bendy knees (classic ftw) and after i was given 100gp, die against a mugger. First day owned =P...

First time I got to Lumbridge, I wandered around for a while lookin' at all the sights. Then I got bold and decided to be a good guy and kill the mugger just west of the castle. Boy, that didn't turn out very well... :lol:

on my first day on rs i asked where there bank then i went 2 varrock west bank downstairs i noticed a 3gp coin spawn so i spended 30mins picking the money and got 500gp i was proud so much until my friend got 70k

My first day's a bit fuzzy in my memory... it was in December '04, so I may've forgotten a few details.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I did remain in and around Lumbridge castle, though- I didn't venture too far out the front gates. I explored the areas (but not the forest) around the castle wall, likely went to the general store, and a few other things.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Some of my friends say I'm still the same as I was two years ago- trusting and nice to the point where it gets me in trouble.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Though it might be a bit off-topic, here's an example of how I was like that- I followed a seemingly nice bloke up near Varrock about a week after I started. Then he led me into the wilderness. Fortunately, he had to run off. It wasn't til about a year later that I realized he was probably going to try and kill me. #-o

Errhm ..... I Went into the wilderness on my 3rd day, And died

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But on my 1st I begged for money..... :-w

ha i remember some one gave me a mith axe and legs and this guy said to me that if i joined his clan he would give me loads of stuff but i had to give him the axe and legs haha

On my first day I explored lumbrigde, and then i saw this toll gate and i couldnt get through because I had lost my 25 start gp :P

My first day, i just tried to west....(to traverse the entire world) and this was like 4 years ago....

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I got stuck as there was that gate, and i tried to get around but found that I couldn't. I got lost and ended up dying after wandering into that hobgoblin island :D

as the 1st day i played rs, well, the 1st tutorial island took me 1 hour, as noobie "not well in english", after that lumbridge here i come.. i started to train all my skills to lvl 10, after that i started melee combat, prayer, mage and range training because i liked that the most, later more skilling

on my first day... got owned by a woman THAN a cow, trapped in Draynor Manor, was so irrited that i created another charater

I always remembered that I trained someplace with cows and a bunch of trees outside the field where I trained firemaking and cooking. I could never find the place until farming came out and I finally had a reason to go to the draynor farm. After I got to about lvl 20 in all my melee skills a guy came by and offered me some stuff. Then he said follow, at first I tried walking after him with clicks until he explained about the right-click follow option. I kept walking away because we were going north and I thought he'd take me into wildy, but he just brought me to varrock and gave me some more stuff. He pretty much showed me the entire game, from taking me to catherby to explaining about rock crabs for combat training. We're still friends. I also remember when 2 months after I started playing I finally figured out you could rotate the camera and it was possible to walk by clicking on the minimap :oops:

i stood and screamed (sort of) at the duke of lumby cuz he wouldent give me anything....

Well, my first day of RSC, I took forever to figure out to get out of tutorial island, and I was killing rats when my friend messaged me and said "hey, come play RS2, its better". So I logged out, never to play RSC again, =(.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

First day of RS2, I got past tutorial island with not too much effort, I wandered around lumbridge and explored. I spent a couple hours buying eggs/flour/milk (I talked to the cook lol...).

 

 

 

I found a guy who would sell for 100gp, I killed goblins for awhile until I got that much and finished the quest. I decided to be a cooker/fisher, so I wandered around the giant runescape, looking for a place to fish -.- .

 

 

 

EVENTUALLY, I decided killing monsters was alot better than fishing, because there were no fishing places I could find. I trained attack to around 10 and decided to range a bit, because I thought it was alot cooler. I was ranging for awhile until I ran out of arrows, I asked a guy if I could buy some, and he said "range is a very bad skill, only wusses use it" And he gave me a mithril scimitar.

 

 

 

SOOO, I thought mithril was the best sword, and I trained to 20 attack (It was the only one I knew how to train until my friend showed me strength.)

 

 

 

I thought the game was pretty weird. And when my friend saw my sword he was really jealous, because he only had full steel.

I still remember my first day in runescape. It was around five years ago, in spring 2002. After completing the tutorial island, I've tried walking around. I visited the general store (but it took alot of time to find it again) and tried to do some exploring. I trained on mobs (via each style, so that my meelee combat stats would be all around the same level. I wandered to some forest (actually i wandered the lumby forest to the first chicken pen on the way lumby->draynor). After a bit of training (to cmb lvl 6 YAY!) i decided to find the general store again. After a lot of time I wandered to Varrock. Then i banked/visited the store/walked around. I didn't want to leave because I was pretty sure I wont find it again. Then I walked to find mobs for cmb and I managed to find Varrock only a few days after...
