After losing the Seattle Sonics to Oklahoma City I have become an avid fan of the Cleveland Cavaliers. I love watching Lebron James play. He is an amazing player and this year with Shaq I don't see how the Cavs can't go all the way this year. The Cavs kick off their season in a few hours against the Celtics, which should be a great game!

Celtics are bringing the 18th title back to Boston this year.Preseason hardly means anything on the regular season imo but the Cavs lost by 6. Wasn't the best game though they could have played better on both sides.

Though, to be honest, despite me loving the Jazz, the NBA is... a very strange and corrupt league. There may have been more refs as well, but I'm not sure. I think they got fired because of the betting. The other topics mentioned in that link seem right though - Star treatment and lack of foul calls sometimes seem too suspicious, as if they do it on purpose. Oh well.

October 30, 200916 yr I'm a Raptors Fan through and through. Although for the Championship, I pick Lakers to win it all. I was actually at the Cavs-Raps game, it was AWESOME! Bargnani killed it with his efficiency (for some reason though, he hit his 3's, but missed a dunk). Calderon, Bosh, and Turkoglu though didn't have a good shooting night, but they all made it up somehow in another stat. As for LBJ, he looked broken down by the third when they started pulling themselves back in the game. Tbh, he sucked, even though he got a triple double. All in all though it was a good game, I literally lost my voice because I cheered the Raps too much, and it hasn't come back fully yet. P.S. The Refs were crap. Seriously, Bargnani got called for TWO offensive fouls in a row, and the second one FOR SURE wasn't a foul, yet he still had to sit down when he was on a roll, giving the Cavs the chance to get back in the game. I am starting to believe Tim Donaghy.... Btw, for anybody watching the game on whatever channel you guys saw it on, how loud were we? :P

October 31, 200916 yr Author I ended up missing the first half of the Bulls-Celtics game but there wasn't much of a game the Celtics raped. I'm SO glad the Mavs won tonight! I now talk some mad [cabbage] to my friend! :thumbsup: Oh and the Cavs won. Looking forward to the Portland game my number 2 team since they are sorta my home team now.. (I will never support an Arizona team even though I live in AZ for school)
October 31, 200916 yr Yea, the Bulls got crushed. I found myself watching the first half and not really watching the 2nd after I realized there is no way the Bulls will be able to comeback. The Lakers game was surprising, it was actually entertaining to watch just to see if the Lakers were going to comeback. During some parts in the 2nd half I thought they might, but the Mavs just didn't give up their lead. Can't watch any games today, because Chicago isn't playing and no games are on national T.V. They could at least put something up on NBA TV.
