Zeldagamer Posted December 30, 2009 Share Posted December 30, 2009 Ascension vs Downfall Ascension's commander Ricemonstahh asked DownFall for a matched opt war.Both clans agreed to the following rules.Rules:CWA- Matched Opts [ 1 hour PREP ]ClassicMelee/Binds/ONLYExplorer Rings allowedNo Corrupt Items AllowedAscension Starting: 17 PeopleDownfall Starting: 24 People - dropped 7 Ascension's first pile was getting dropped quickly. As Downfall's first pile was a mistake because they falled for the tank bait. As the fight goes on, Ascension had the upper hand leading the war by 2 more people. After the first pile, we sent out our courageous snipers who determined the outcome of the war. Our binds were great, but the Anti-snipe needs to be worked on. At the end, Ascension ended with 11 courageous people and Downfall ended with none. Great work everyone, keep improving, and thanks for coming to this hour prep war! Higher pull in my opinion would not make a difference. When it comes to matched opt wars, organization is the key.Choosing the right piles, making sure members doing their part by binding, and tanking.That depends the outcome of the war.
